In the middle of the calm and silent night, so characteristic for the Croatian town of Rijeka, on April 5, at 03:30 CET 2001, when once, not long ago, Yugoslav military secret police used to collect it’s clients to take them away, a helicopter decided to fly-in and stop over my house near the Kvarner bay shore. It must have been one of those US Army used while assembling a new batch of transport and attack helicopters at the local container terminal some 3 km away, near town center, which, every six months substitute those operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, respectively some 300 and 1000 km to the south east, far over the horizon on this photo of Rijeka town (to know more about the town of Rijeka click on the adjacent image). 

First time in my whole life helicopter rotor and engine thunder, totaling near 100 dB(A), woke me up. It hung there, overhead, for 15-20 seconds and than just flew away. Familiar silence returned at once.

As Rijeka numbers, among other, at least some 10.000 residential buildings, which are packed on the 20 square km of Kvarner bay shore, I felt that this was personal, transferred myself to my armchair and continued to daze-off waiting for the next working day to arrive. As I usually do not sleep long and frequently wake myself up early in the morning, this event did not make me particularly annoyed.

If somebody had told me before that such great country employs such dumb pilots I would not believe him. Now I will have to. 

It seems that after all that film was for real. They really have some Top Guns over there.

This kind of event makes other, at first glance uncorrelated occurrences, fit in a bizarre construct.

Few weeks before I have decided to take a part in discussion related to chemtrails going on Mr. Carnicom’s Chemtrail Message Board, which is a focal point of chemtrail research on the web. Hawing no particular interest in a very heterogeneous discussions going on, before this I have posted just few times on Thermit’s Chemtrail Central board only.

Opening of the account on the ezboard went swiftly and my first post trial on their Chemtrail Message Board failed. Machine notice read:

Nice.

That is some mistake. I was never banned from anywhere before. I guess this was due to my simple and rather humble character.

Next and all further post trials produced the same effect making it clear that I am really banned from Mr. Carnicom’s board. It seemed that somebody thinks that my character is not simple and humble enough.

Nice. I did not feel particular need to socialize anyway. I shall just lurk-in now and then, as usual.

Meanwhile, on Chemtrail Central board (click on the logo) a flaming discussion between chemtrail believers and those others was raging for some time, under Thermit’s exceptionally patient supervision.

In its early stages it become apparent that a group of them was, with coordinated effort, dragging every relevant chemtrail related discussion of topic. Their tactic was very simple and effective one. They would take the thread on and swamp it with irrelevant discussions between themselves alone or marginalize the sincere experiences and opinions of other participants by flatly denying any existence of chemterails whatsoever. If this did not help much, they used to introduce a number of new, short-lived threads to push relevant ones from the first page down, beyond the bottom of the board or to induce a tension in those more easily unnerved members in order to drive them to become too offensive.

During battle a number of links to pages on my website were posted by it’s participants. Although called in, with some harsh words, several times, I did not take part in discussions.

Soon this concentrated effort resulted with the decrease in activity of some more prominent board members. One of them even openly declared that, being concerned for his family security, he was withdrawing from the active participation in the chemtrail issue because he felt harassed by the low fly-over of military airplanes over his house.

My esteemed collaborator, who is experienced UFO activist and who leads Bossier, LA Chemtrails section of my site, has had similar experiences. In few weeks she has lost 3 computers owing to the hardware malfunction. I would guess that this was caused by locally induced voltage surge.

On May 3, 2001 she has succeeded to make a few shots of a Bell 206B helicopter, outfitted with the spraying gear, visiting her family propriety which made possible to document it's ownership. For full story go to the May 3, 2001 Bossier, LA Chemtrails diary page which is linked to the above image.

Pity they had no F16 here nearby. So I have to be content with only one helicopter, which I, owing to the late (or early) hour of it's visit, even did not care to see.

Then I’ve got the e-mail from a friend, which he did not send. When he pointed this out I become aware that the content of the letter was written in a manner somewhat similar to that another friend uses. First friend told me that this is a low-level harassment only. As far as I was concerned I was satisfied that my work on chemtrils and related issues was finally getting some attention from the other side.

Tomorrow, while attempting to connect to my web server for regular maintenance, I was informed from the machine that

Checking the URL, password and elements of my system did not help much. My web server did not exist. I even could not approach it with my web browser. Could not login. Before closing it down for the day I have decided to visit Mr. Carnicom’s Chemtrail Message Board. Although visiting anonymously as a guest, on every page opening I was greeted with a barrage of pop-ups. Logging-in was accepted but post trials generated "You are banned" massage again.

During following days it become apparent that:

- for the third month now I cannot reach my web server from my own computer because it’s identity is recognized and it’s linking stopped on some Internet junction

- from any other computer my web server is easily accessible

- during my posting trials on Mr. Carnicom’s board my computer’s identity was recognized by the ezboard server as a banned one, although I have never posted there (successfully) and have a reason to believe that the board owner did not cut me off

- every visit to the Chemtrail Message Board from my computer produces a barrage of pop-ups or its operation slows down but visits from other computers does not generate any of these

- operation of the Chemtrail Central Board for my computer become painfully slow

- despite I run a firewall which frequently stops incoming packages, my computer has collected a number of programs that I did not install

- up to date I’ve got more than one e-mail that was not sent to me

- my public e-mail address has become frequently inaccessible

- every now and then I receive some e-mails from persons with curious choice of personalities and similar believes, from which I am supposed to deduce that I am under tight control which is managed by bored operators

- some of my outgoing mail bounces off after a number of days in the open and some of it disappears altogether

- I even got some, first-ever, virus attack attempts during this short, monitored period

- only Croatian Internet uplink and main ISP, which I use, was shut down on April 21 and 23 owing to the intense external DDoS attack on its servers and difficulties in operation continued during May

- my friend and creator of Bossier, LA Chemtrail site section got her two new computer fried in a row

It seems that some owners of similar, important internet sites have great difficulty to contact me also.

Here is a part of the letter from Rumor Mill News publisher Rayelan, which had to be, in order to reach me, mailed over a dear friend at the beginning of May:

... Can you try to send this for me??? I have included the mail demon message that accompanied its return... this was my second attempt to send
it... I can't help wondering if I am being blocked from my end also...

I have been going through the identical thing.

I have not been able to post on my own web page forum  for over three weeks. I am locked out of the control area of my own web page... a friend has to do the updating of the web page for me.
I am locked out of my Yahoo Groups mailing list WebPages! EZ Boards will not allow me to post even though I am the one who set them up!
My emails are altered, never delivered or delivered days later ...

Similar difficulties in the same time period were experienced by Australian writer and sensitive Julie King (unable to maintain her own site) and David Icke (server got fried). 

At first it was somewhat a relief that Kent Steadman, renown publisher of ORBIT, have said that he has fried his main board in mid-May all by himself. However, I could not help it but to have some doubts regarding this. 

On June 4, 2001 Kent has posted on the front page of his site that he is trying to recover from computer virus named VBS/Hard.A, aliases: Hard, VBS.Hard.A@mm, VBS_Hard.A, VBS/Hard@MM. This virus was devastating to all of Kent's artwork and images, as well as many necessary files for applications to work. Many of them were lost for ever.

Of course, for not so subtle reasons, many of my colleagues which are conducting important chemtrails-related research shall not be mentioned here at this time. 

From this data one could easily conclude that I and my website have become a honorable members of community supervised by Carnivore, together with the criminals, state enemies and some of the brave, free-thinking and acting individuals. From the fact that the control looses something of it’s rigidity during the week-ends, it would seem that it’s operation is not totally automatic yet or that my merits, as well as those of my collaborators, are ranked much higher than I have ever thought.

This might be related to the fact that, owing to the chance to monitor the chemtrail spraying operation in Croatia from it's outset, I was able to publish first that the NATO is executive branch of chemtrail sprayings operation, which is managed by the governments of Western World, and that the Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) model has been tested and improved owing the use of aerosol mixture of barium titanate salts and that it is now in operative use by US NAVY as well as a large part of the weather control technology as described in USAF 2025 document. 

The weather modification aspect of chemtrail sprayings was further confirmed during the USS NASSAU stay in Rijeka during the April 2001.

As I belong to those who have kept their relentlessly curious and experimental nature, with which we all were once born, in spite of the tacit conspiracy of social conformity, once again I had to wipe out and reconfigured my computer, make some inquiries, establish necessary contacts and make some arrangements. Legal action from which, because of the nature of the control factor, I do not expect much, is on it's course.

In the meanwhile, some processed results of data gathering done so far are available on THE VISITORS page herein, which is linked to the V on the right. This page shall document visits of more illustrious visitors, not to my site, but to my personal computer, which were caught while trying to browse through the content of it's hard disk and other body parts and whose processing was, for time being, completed. Other interesting cases shall be added to this page as adequate procedures are completed. 

Insignificant and boring visits shall not be recorded in this way as well as those which are impossible to track, because of the job they do. Agencies.

Fortunately, Internet is large, computers are innumerable and there are some brave people who do meter.

Until they are not shut down also.

Related to the sudden use of aggressive pop-up advertising, in his address to the Chemtrail Message Board members on 04-16-2001 (link in the logo), it’s owner, Mr. Carnicom recommends to all users that they become familiar as soon as is possible with the recent discussion by the owners of ezboard.com on the revenue state of affairs for this company and the expected effects upon the message board.

One reading of this problem could be that to stay alive, the ezboard is being forced to accept the aggressive banner and pop-up advertising on their pages. Operation of this web elements is controlled, not by the board provider itself, but by the specialized companies such as Aureate, Doubleclick, Timesink directly, for which some of the participants of mentioned discussion boards think that a single, military controlled company owns them. Thanks to some capabilities of the current PC operating systems, banners and pop-ups operators are perfectly able to install software files over the net remotely in a private computer that are then used by themselves to provide, as they advertise, a personalized browsing experience.

Usual method for this kind of information gathering is the use of the electronic cookies, a small software file that allows an Internet site to identify a specific computer which logs on. If their use is announced to the site visitor, as the policy of their use requires, cookies can make browsing more convenient by enabling the sites to distinguish particular user preferences. However, because it can track what kinds of web sites are frequented by a specific computer, cookie can spy on whom you contact also.

Of course, there are also other files installed, some of them are real, live programs that run and communicate over the Internet on their own.

So when you, while acting anonymously, get too much pop-ups in your face and your friend does not, this means that the advertising company computer has recognized you, thanks to it’s cookie , as the unwanted visitor, regardless of what the board owner thinks.

Or, when you try to post on the board on which you have successfully logged in and get "You are banned!" message, and your friend using your password does not, this means that the advertising company computer has recognized it’s cookie and changed your password so the board server recognizes you as the unwanted visitor, regardless of what owner of the board thinks.

Or, when you find that, for you, the site you own does not exist at all, this means that first your site and than your computer were thoroughly searched and that now the real Internet junction operator, which is called Carnivore, kills all your connection attempts at some internet junction automatically because jour computer ID is logged as dangerous one for the System.

Or, when your e-mails wonder through the web for days or evolves by itself, this means that you have a cookie-like file that was placed on your computer by the real internet junction operator, which is called Cranivore, so your mail could be read and altered by the case officer of some kind.

Or, if you feel that the e-mails send by your friends not always, or downright never, reaches you, this means that your friends are monitored closely also.

Or, if you get e-mail that you know is a fake, this means that your controller had a lousy day, or that he is, perhaps, loosing it.

Or, if your note that your computer is loosing it, this means that you should install a surge filters on your mains and phone lines, install a hardware firewall and install some independent software to increase a security level of your system.

If you despite all above efforts succeed to maintain your website, which is inaccessible to you and which does not exist, than you are bound for even bigger surprises. 

On July 26, 2001 coming from a journey I have found same e-mails from a different friends asking why my site is down. Deleted from it's server at http://deepspace4.freeservers.com. Dead. Is no more.

After explaining to them that I have no intention to retire what so ever, I have told them that I did not erase my site, that it was erased without my knowledge or consent, that I have expected this to happen from the day helicopter visited me and that from then my main site was not that erased one, that was the best known mirror site.

In his announcement of preliminary results of Internet privacy reports to Congress on April 16, 2001, Sen. Fred Thompson, Republican chairman of the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee (click on the image to access the report findings), reports that investigators have found 64 federal Web sites that used unauthorized files that allowed them to track the browsing and buying habits of Internet users. It was found that, among others, the departments of Education, Treasury, Energy, Interior and Transportation, as did NASA and the General Services Administration, used cookies without informing their Internet visitors of such practice. The seriousness of this meter was underlined by Inspector General Gregory Friedman who said that the Energy Department cannot provide reasonable assurance that the privacy of Web site visitors would be protected.

Obviously, similar data for the sites related to the members of the US Federal Intelligence Community, such as FBI, CIA or NSA, at this stage, are not available.
