FRIED CONTROLS

This is a photograph of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program  (HAARP) antenna array at the HAARP Ionospheric Research Observatory in Gakona, Alaska. Photo was taken with an automated camera located in the temporary operation center trailer at the facility on 08-31-2001 at 10:53:32 Alaska time. At HAARP facility the weather was fine, while, in the same time, over the southern France, northern Italy and northwestern Croatia artificial storm was raging. HAARP induced (real or artificial) ionosphere irradiation can be used to manage over-the-horizon communications and, if the omnipresent airborne barium and magnesium compounds are also used as ionizable medium, HAARP and other similar stabile and mobile systems can reach any object flying through Earth’s atmosphere and fry it’s control systems without the use of any excessive power. This makes our atmosphere a truly global weapon.

Just as Major Ed Dames did hint, but did not state, on his latest Coast-to-Coast show conducted by Art Bell on 08-03-2001 (click on the logo to link). As CtC show archives are not available for more than 30 days after the show (which is not surprising given the discussed themes), here is the transcript of this significant segment of the show, which starts at 03:10:15, measured from it's beginning:

After Major Ed Dames has finished his description on how new US NAVY sonar kills the whales, he suddenly states that the whole atmosphere is being turned in weapon:

Dames: But, You know Art, I was the project manager once on… on some big projects. And you know what? I did not care about civilians, or about whales, and things like that because I was a military officer and I had a mission and the mission came first. I was sort unconscious and now that has changed. And so I understand the mentality behind this, but now…it… now… I have to suggest a target to any trained remote viewers. Take as a target "The most secret national defense program" and you will see something very interesting. The entire Earths atmosphere is being modified to be used as a weapon.

Bell: Hah.

Dames: And that is sad.

Bell: Do you know the form this modification is taking?

Dames: Yes. The atmosphere…. Yes I do. I know a lot about it. But suffice to say it that that is enough, enough for the people to get started.

The most secret national defense program that turns entire Earths atmosphere in to a weapon? Here is a problem: term "national". 

There are 56 HAARP-like installations in the world. This makes it above national, or it would be perhaps better to say, Above Black, but that is a part of this story that shall be added here later on.

On July 6, 2001, at about 10:45 AM, radio station in Hartsville, Tennessee was knocked off the air by a very powerful energy blast. All of it’s phone lines, those at the local newspaper (The Hartsville Vidette), as well as all other phones in this small radius, were knocked out and a number of power transformers several blocks away were blown also. Radio station transmitter lost all it's amplifiers and the output tuning network, all computer motherboards, network cards etc. were damaged and most of other equipment was knocked out as well.

The sky was clear. In the back of the radio station birds with their wings, tails and feet severely burned were found. The editor of the Vidette said she has heard a loud roaring sound like an overload and a flash of light went through the entire building. The WJKM has had strange power surge problems before and they continued through July. These surges are not just coming into the power lines. They are also entering the radio station through phone lines and the antenna system.

This event was either a consequence of a VTRPE in operation, or a radar, or direct energy shield generated by the ionization of airborne magnesium oxide (not barium oxide because there were no clouds in sight), which is similar to events which were registered in Croatia during the visit of USS SAIPAN task force to city of Rijeka in November 2000, and USS NASSAU during the April 2001. 

Other possibility is that this was the result of the pulse from the gravity disruptor on the invisible TR-3B having usual problems, such as these registered over the same location in Bossier, Louisiana in 2001, home of BARKSDALE AFB, showing TR-3B revealing its triangular shape because it's electromagnetic field has started to collect ionized chemtrail compounds from the surrounding air. After cellular phone networks, this is the second cheapest method to detect them while they try to be invisible.

Only misfortune in Hartsville was that the air saturation with magnesium oxide was extremely high even at the low altitudes, so some stray charges reached the cables, antennae and frayed some birds in flight.

As the power surges on the same location continue, they should be blamed on the vicinity of never finished Hartsville nuclear power plant site, which is under strict government control and has a rather long airstrip. That is, for the nuclear plant. Of course, usually it should not be expected that nuclear plants have active radar or direct energy shields or weapons also, but the U.S. is full of strange places like that.

On weather radar integration images dissipation of energy in the ionized layer, such as that made out of barium or magnesium components, should manifest itself as some of much discussed radar rings, those which are sharply delimited. It is possible that some of them mark the presence of electromagnetic shields or incursions produced by scalar interferomertry. These of course are the weapons that president's Clinton Defense Secretary William Cohen referred to in his remarks at the conference in Georgia in 1997. Other, more fuzzy rings and other shapes that are more numerous represent weather radar reflections from clouds saturated with chemtrail compounds for whose ductility the standard radar image software is unable to compensate.
