I was absent for a long time. There were two main reasons.
First one is that my personal life during last 10 months, slowly, got complicated in every imaginable way. To me, such complexity indicates a pattern.
Second one is that local sprayings become extremely rare. This also indicated a pattern to me.
This last one resulted with record drought in Croatia, and my renewed interest in collecting new information and it's further study, in search of Grand Theory of Everything.
Because of our consistent independent policy, which was reflected by two decisions of Croatian government (not to support U.S. invasion of Iraq and not to sign the treaty with the U.S. that requested exemption of U.S. war criminals from the persecution by the Haugue Court), Croatia was denied it's own moisture.
Because of it Slavonia, the north-eastern region of Croatia, famous by it's rich farmlands, after three months long drought, failed to produce more then 51% of it's last year's wheat production, Dalmatia, a region by the south-eastern Adriatic shore was denied rain for 7 months, making fruit production worst ever, and Primorje region, where city of Rijeka is situated, the second richest region in rainfall level in the whole Balkan area, got it's first announcements ever of possible future water shortages.
Above is the view towards the south-east from northern entrance to the Rijek acity, called Kvarner Gate, on 04-28-2003 at 11:50 CET.
Nice little red car.

If you look to your right you can see this beautiful panorama of the whole Kvarner Bay. South is in the centar of the picture, where you can see the Cres isle. To the left you can see the isle of Krk, and to the right there is Ucka mountain (here is the map for better orientation).
This view is the most beautiful one if was not for a chmetrail haze present.
Right part of this composite image was shot towards the Sun. This was possible because the atmosphere is loaded with chemtaril particulates that is composed of so many tiny elements that the local moisture, that has evaporated during the day, cannot condensate in such a way to agglomerate enough to create clouds and precipitate.
Our moisture is floating arround for months. This is good for mature plants that can take moisture in over their leaves. It is not so good for little plants that want ti grow up, they need large quantities of moisture thru their roots, from the ground.
Ground is powder dry, so 50% of all new plants in Croatia has died so far. This was this year.
Next year? I am even afraid to think about it.

Not far from my home, view towards south-east. No clouds or apparent sprayings there.
We are still a chosen warm spot in U.S. geo-engineering program.
Cool.
