SOME
POINTS THAT ARE DIFFICULT TO ACCEPT
In
order to try to discern possible objectives of population sprayings it is
necessary to take into the consideration the following, somewhat more
difficult to accept points.
To facilitate their study they are written in
concise form, which, in due course, shall be expanded in form of additional, separate
articles.
1.
The Hundred Monkey Theory is based on the actual observation that, when the
significant number of monkeys on a remote island discovered that washed fruit
was tasting better than the dirty one, the monkeys living on a nearby island
somehow acquired that same knowledge, even though they had no physical contact
with the monkeys on the first island. This type of event was frequently
observed in scientific research and indicates that the threshold of knowledge
necessary for existence of the solution for, at a first glance, totally new problem
requiring research
of a new technology was already exceed.
2.
Significant part of new, cutting-edge technologies are first exploited in secret
by military-industrial complex, and then, after 10 to 15 years, emerge as new
ones in public sector or their military or similar
use is officially recognized.

Currently it seems that part of Flaying
Triangles, which are observed more than 10 years
now, are the latest known offspring of ongoing black project called Aurora.
Their type designation is said to be TR-3B.

In his article “Clarifying Chemtrail Confusion” published at
“Sightings” address http://www.sightings.com/general2/clar.htm,
William Thomas says that in 1977, after warning of a non-existent epidemic,
the WHO began injecting HIV-laced smallpox vaccine to over 100 million
Africans in the remote jungles of Sierre Leone. Five years after receiving the
WHO,s contaminated vaccinations, 60% of recipients became infected with HIV.

Furthermore In the 1978, an experimental hepatitis B vaccine
administered to gay men in seven US cities was followed by an outbreak of AIDS
in those seven - and only those seven - locations. Up to date half of New York
City’s gay population has died from AIDS.

AIDS is epidemic of global character. Only in Africa 30 million people
are infected making biological survival of several countries a problem.

There are opinions that AIDS is not caused by HIV virus, but that
it’s cause is of fungus or mycoplasma related.
8. In his E-mail on 07-24-2000, Mr. Tim Edwards, a DreamScape News Editor, points out that in 1991 new, less inflammable, JP8 jet fuel was put in use. It’s key component is Ethylene Dibromide (EDB), an extremely hazardous pesticide which was banned by the US Environmental Protection Agency in 1983. Repeated exposure to low levels of EDB results in general weakness, vomiting, diarrhea, chest pains, coughing and shortness of breath, upper respiratory tract irritation and respiratory failure. It may also damage the reproductive liver, kidneys and system.
However there are observations that this compound was used only in piston airplane engine fuel as engine exhaust valve cleaning agent. This explanation is plausible because at that time airplane piston engine fuel contained lead-based additives which made higher compression ratio and therefore, increased engine power/ mass ratio, possible.

It is to be expected that agent used is of the same nature as the one used world-wide today.

In the same article is said that, Chemtrail spraying researcher A.C. Griffith
points out that The Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation (VTRPE) model
has been tested and improved after the aerosol mixture of barium titanate
salts were sprayed from American military planes (click

Candace Brown in her article on 07-28-2000 at

states that mycoplasmas are bacteria which lack a cell-wall and that Dr. Garth
Nicolson, at the time a cancer researcher at MD Anderson Cancer Centre, had
found a mycoplasma was involved in the Gulf War Illness. He believes that he
had his computer tampered with, his mail and anything that was connected to
his research concerning mycoplasmas. Mrs. Brown says she found two documents
which state DNA viruses (parvovirus B19 is a DNA virus) infect mycoplasma. She
also notes that the mycoplasma was aerosolised for the experiments in a Texas
prison and that, according to research, 90% of the world population can test
positive for human parvovirus.

It is estimated that between 100.000 and 200.000 Gulf War veterans now
suffers from Gulf War Illness (GWI), which is characterized by complex,
chronic multiorganic signs and symptoms. Among other, they include chronic
fatigue, headaches, perception problems, general weakness, digestion problems,

In his 1997 radio interview on “Coast to Coast AM” show lead by
renown host Art Bell, Mr. Edward Dames (Mayor ret.), one of the participants
of the practical application of the Remote Viewing technology in US military
during eighties and one of the, at the same time most controversial and
renowned, entrepreneurs using this technology in civil sector today, said
that, at first Africa (Burundi or lake Victoria) and later
other lands, shall be contaminated artificially, from space, by plant
pathogen, a fungus (later changed to fungus vector), which shall eradicate all
plants. Early this year, in the same period when Mr. Bell retired, Mr. Dames
left his partners and founded a new company, The Technical Remote Viewing
Institute (http://www.trvinstitute.com)
based in Washington. One of the stated aims of his new company shall be education
of medical and technical professionals in higher stages of Technical Remote Viewing
technology (TRV).

During the review of his former statements on 08-08-2000 Coast to Coast AM show, which is now led by his new host, Mr. Mike Siegel, Mr. Dames explained that, owing to the present limits of TRV, he has made some mistakes in data evaluation process when he attributed the detected massive child death event to the AIDS virus infection. As this event was observed in '80, it was not possible to conclude that infant deaths shall be caused by CJD as at that time Mad Cow Illness was officially unknown. Mr. Dames said that the virus shall be transferred to them by milk and that older population shall suffer from similar, heavy illness.

In one of his interviews conducted by Art Bell, Mr. Dames said that he,
as former member of US intelligence community, cannot comment on spraying
operation. However he stated that this operation is important for the security

US chemtrail researcher found that chemtrail powder or, as he said, 
microfilament, used for sprayings and invisible in the broad daylight,
reflects UV light and cannot be
washed with soap alone.

Well known Australian environment research agency, CSIRO Wildlife Ecology, is introducing viral-vectored immunocontraception of local wild European rabbit, house mice and red fox population in in-filed research phase. It will use pests’ immune system to attack their eggs and sperm as though they were foreign cells.

In his article on
08-11-2000, published on Renese.com at http://www.sightings.com/general3/cia.htm,
Leonard G. Horowitz, D.M.D., M.A, M.P.H., President of Tetrahedron Publishing
Group, correlating it with other significant events of similar nature, states
that West Nile virus outbreak in New England and its current spreading, is used
to
provide an excuse for targeted sprayings of millions of mostly Jewish, Black,
and Hispanic mosquitoes in the tri-state region with malathion, a known human
chemical carcinogen related to agent orange which was used for defoliation
during the Vietnam War.
Provenance of West Nile virus, which is rapidly expanding throughout US, is still not explained in a believable way and it seems that, for the moment, in most cases is not lethal. Until recently it was believed that it spreads by birds-mosquito interaction. On 10-25-2000 it was announced in U.S. Geological Survey research report, that the transfer of this disease between birds is possible without the participation of it's vector also. After a multiple announcements of increasing threat from biologic
attack on US territory with anthrax spores, in 1999 2.4 million US Armed Force
personnel, including more than one million reserve and National Guard members,
were ordered to receive anthrax vaccine over a period of several years
(Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program - AVIP). More about this is available at

The only facility for the massive anthrax vaccine production in US is
part of BioPort Corporation, owned by a group of investors lead by Admiral
William Crowe, Jr., former head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, DoD, and Faud
El-Hibri, a German citizen of Lebanese descent. In November 1999, this
facility failed to attain the production license because of inadequate

02-17-2000, The Government Reform Committee has recommended to the US
Government to suspend the AVIP until DOD attains a license for use of new,
efficient and officially approved anthrax vaccine and resolves its production

We are witnessing the explosive increase in cellular phone use by
young and most active population segments. When in operation, their signal
level causes visible disturbance to the computer monitor picture and fixed
phone reception if the distance between them is inferior to 1 m. In the times
when it was ascertained that prolonged stay in the vicinity of high voltage
lines can cause cancer, it is said that the use of this devices is safe

current trends continue, in the next 30 years 500.000 British citizens could
day from Creutzfeldt
Jakob Disease (CJD) which is connected with the exposure to the Mad Cow
Disease caused by Prions.

According to the Mark Sonnenblick, Mr. Richard Freeman, in the
07-28-2000 edition of EIR journal, testifies about the proceedings of
conference on "The Next Financial Crisis: Warning Signs, Damage Control
and Impact." held on July 12-13, at the New York Council on Foreign
Relation. The main theme of the conference was the continued work on the
"Financial Vulnerabilities Project" studying a global financial
meltdown consequences. Part of the solution of this problem is envisioned in

Mr. Wayne Peterson, former director of Fulbright Scholarship program, on the 06-24-2000 Coast to Coast AM show, announced as imminent presentation of a higher being which, directly or through his Masters, works closely with the leaders of a number of countries, with those in high positions of power, industry, banking and religion, including those very near to the current Pope and White House, for many years now. Presentation shall be a worldwide event named The Day of Declaration.

Millennium Summit in which shall participate almost all world leaders is
nearing.
31. Meanwhile, in a July 11 Wall Street Journal article, the existence of new project was disclosed. Starting from February of this year, FBI is installing Carnivore boxes at the locations of the US Internet service providers in order to monitor E-mail traffic of criminals. My assumptions regarding this subject are available on the separate page.
On 07-08-00 was announced that American judge has ordered
investigation against FBI.

In the July 2000, much earlier than planed, was successfully completed
the first phase of human genome mapping.

The VIII’th Parvovirus Workshop was held on 28 - 2 July 2000 in the
Mont Tremblant Conference Center in Québec (Canada) under the auspices of the
Centre de microbiologie et biotechnologie (Institut National de Recherche
Scientifique-Institut Armand-Frappier, Université du Québec) with
participants from over 20 countries. In the introducition part of the paper

underscored the great interest in parvovirus as vectors for transduction of
genes in gene therapy.

At the end of the July 2000, it was announced that the British
scientists are ready to clone first “human being” also.

Up to date, no government has officially admitted the existence of
herein described operation and the sprayings are continuing.

According to the 08.10.00 France-Presse agency, South Africa Independent (http://www.iol.co.za/html/frame_news.php?click_id=143&art_id=qw9658) in one of his issues stated that the world population, which surpassed 6 billion last year, is expected to hit 8.9 billion by 2.050, according to median estimates from the U.N. Population Fund. Average fertility worldwide has fallen dramatically in recent decades, from five children per woman in the 1960s to 2.7 today, and the fertility in 61 countries, representing 44 percent of the world's inhabitants, is below the replacement rate of 2.1 live births per woman. But the overall world population continues to rise steadily, in part because global life expectancy has climbed over the past five decades from 46 years to 66 years. Most of the coming population growth is expected to take place in the poor, developing countries that are least able to support it.
37.
Multinational corporations and their governments force dissemination
and use of genetically manipulated fruit, vegetable and cereals needed to meet
the food supply requirements of rapidly increasing population. In the same
time, contamination of the environment in which this same population lives, as
well as it’s health and social status is not considered properly.
