CONTEMPLATION ABOUT AERIAL SPRAYINGS GLOBAL TARGETS
with results of the monitoring of ongoing sprayings of town of Rijeka in Croatia (Europe)

AMERICAN
PROJECTIONS
In
the USA, where this activity is longest present, current evaluations of its
causes and consequences boil down to two possibilities.
First, let’s call it the official explanation, says that it is Sun radiation shielding operation.
This
is best illustrated with the article titled
“Some Comments & Conclusions On Cassani & Chemtrails”, published
on 06-23-2000 at on-line news site Sightings address http://www.sightings.com/general2/scome.htm
by leading
researcher of this activity, journalist Mr. William
Thomas. Some of the many relevant points listed in it are:
1.
There was a call by Edward Teller for an aerial sunscreen to reflect 1%
of incoming sunlight away from Earth in order to cool out-of-control
greenhouse warming.
2.
Aerospace giant, Hughes Aircraft Company owes a patent for spraying of
highly-reflective aluminum oxide aloft to reduce global warming.
3.
Under chemtrail overcasts falling local temperatures and greatly
reduced UV radiation levels were measured.
4.
In the rainwater samples taken after heavy chemtrail spraying over Espanola, Ontario and tested at an independent lab by the Ontario Ministry of
Environment, filament strands of radar-reflecting 'chaff' (used to track
dispersal), mica and carbon black used by the US Air Force to form
rain clouds and aluminum were found. Aluminum contcentration was found
to be - at seven-times government safe levels. High enough, said the lab, to
kill fish.
5.
High levels of aluminum have been blood-tested in Chemtrial Related
Ilness (CRI) sufferers in Toronto and Vancouver. Among other signs, medical
text symptomology states that aluminum toxicity
can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, headaches, forgetfulness, speech
disturbances, memory loss, weak and aching muscles. By preventing nerve
impulses from being correctly carried to and from the brain, this potent
neurotoxin also causes dizziness, impaired coordination and a loss of balance
and energy.
6.
Aluminum dust and other sprayed compounds can also serve as a matrix
for fungal growth that may be activated rather than attenuated by increased UV
levels at spray altitude.
From
this and correlated data Mr. Thomas concludes that the deliberate overcasts
caused by repeated chemtrail obscuration of 'blue sky days' is a desperate attempt to head
off the Superstorms, floods and droughts of global warming - without reducing
fossil fuel burning and harming the balance sheets of
all businesses enmeshed in a petroleum-powered economy, while sickening
millions of people and killing a significant number of elderly along, with
others made vulnerable by weakened immunity.
Considering
facts resulting from the monitoring of local events made up to date, it could
be concluded that this theory does not explain this issue entirely.
It
turns out that, initially, the aerial sprayings, for more than a month were done
during a clear weather, from low altitude and over
the limited area only, on which population lives and works in significant numbers.
Sea, sparsely populated land and isles were not sprayed.
In
the conditions of normally dry summer weather, it was not noted that chemtrail
dust generates clouds containing moisture, spraying was not consistent enough
to maintain chemtrail cloud over sprayed area permanently and it’s thickness
was minimal and no related temperature drop was noted.
Lowering
of the air temperature was noticed only once, in a short period during the presence of the thick cloud overlay which was generated by wide and unusually
long-lasting Middle-European cyclone covering most of the Europe and
whose constant, Northwestern an Western winds have impeded that, during the
summer usual south winds carry hot African air to the region. It was noted
that on the borders of such overcast chemtrail clouds collect moisture and
change color to dark gray, almost black, while maintaining their small
thickness. This kind of clouds did not generate rainfall. Because of the
registered presence of thin, sparse, brawn chemtrail clouds over thick, broken
layer of white clouds, it is possible that
this cyclone was enhanced by classic high altitude aerial spraying, although
no airplanes were sighted.
Spraying
was conducted intermittently, every other day, regardless of the Sun radiation
status.
It
is important to note that the strongest sprayings were done when the
population was in the open, during the weekend and holidays, and the fact
that, when it was achieved that the consistent fallen dust layer cowers
targeted area on 07-03-2000, the spraying was discontinued for next 10 days
during which there was no overcast of any kind.
In
my opinion, the explanation that states that the spraying is done to reduce
the atmosphere heating and/ or land and population irradiation is given
because it corresponds to the perceived level of technical understanding of
this problem by general population, hence it can be used as the alibi to avoid
its further occupation with it. Weather control is only a superficial part of
the whole operation.
Continuing
with the details from mentioned article we pass in somewhat murkier segment of
this problem, where we look for the second possible explanation.
1.
A little-publicized high-level summit held last January, saw president
Clinton (invited) and former heads and top officials from Japan, Germany, the
World Bank, security agencies and major financial firms discussing the theme
“Impacts of Aging on Business”.
2.
US and British funding and research into Nazi-copied eugenics intended
to selectively cull unproductive resource consumers has been documented for
decades.
3.
There was a high percentage of fatalities among the elderly during two
consecutive epidemics (1998-2000) of deaths from Influenza-Like-Illness.
4.
The constant hyping of vaccines for the flu, migraines and meningitis
symptoms often seen in the wake of chemtrails is suspiciously coincidental.
5.
In hospitals across North America and Australia, doctors and nurses now
admit that up to 40% of elderly patients are being deliberately killed -
without their consent, and in many cases without any terminal ailment
involved.
6.
The CDC has consistently reported blood tests showing that between 65%
and 99% of acutely ill patients jamming emergency rooms and clinics do not
have the flu. Instead, officials with that infectious disease-tracking agency
have publicly attributed epidemic death rates to an unknown pathogen.
7.
Exposure to fungal infections leads to the same symptoms seen in
sufferers from CRI. These include acute asthma and allergies, joint pain,
headaches, bloody noses, abdominal pain, gas and bloating, indigestion,
heartburn, constipation, diarrhea, gastritis extreme fatigue and severe
headaches as well as depression, anxiety, sudden mood swings, lack of
concentration, drowsiness, lethargy, insomnia, memory loss, and 'spacey' light
headedness.
8.
Chytrid fungus has just been implicated as a probable cause of 50%
amphibian die-offs in pristine areas around the globe.
9.
There is no difference between biowar mycotoxins and domestic
Stachybotrys (pronounced Stack-ee-bot-ris) - an especially lethal black mold
now proliferating wildly across the USA.
Three
years prior to the publication of this article, in the “Sightings” radio
show, conducted by it’s host, renowned journalist - researcher Mr. Jeff
Rense, Mr. Thomas expressed the possibility that the spraying is conducted to
experimentally inoculate the population against anthrax pathogen.
Today,
after additional studies, which now include new findings made by Dr. Erminia
Cassani, medical doctor deeply involved in the study of the atypical gel
substances being ejected from low-flying airplanes on inhabited areas in USA
as well as other aspects of the chemtrail issue, Mr. Thomas fully concurs with
Cassani that we are in the midst of a massive fungal invasion fueled by
warmer, wetter temperatures from a rapidly heating atmosphere.
Although
he does not define them explicitly, implications of his conclusion are
obvious.
OUR POSSIBLE REALITY
Results
of local monitoring show that the spraying is supervised by the governments of
the Western states, that it is operationally executed by NATO and that it is
conducted only over their territories and territories over which they have
military presence.
Only
by this it is possible to explain the start of sprayings over city of Rijeka
immediately next day after the signing the “Partnership fir Peace”
agreement, short fly-in time after sudden local weather change, deployment of
a large number of special military tanker, two engine jets, efficient
organization corroborating high level communication and supervision ability
and existence of the operation conduct rule for this type of military activity
and obvious disorientation of pilots during the initial phases of operation.
There
is no doubt that for the spraying are used special airplanes with totally
separate spraying system installed. Pilots are able to switch it on/ off
during the flight at will, which is manifested by the sudden change in
significantly different contrail/ chemtrail patterns. Information that the
spraying is done trough jet engines, using fuel-agens misture, are misleading
and probably related to the early stages of similar military experiments.
In
other words, it is to be expected that the pilots, after a while, must come to
the conclusion about what are they actually doing. This knowledge can be the
reason for reported
high level of their current fluctuation.
For
the sprayings is used fine, bright brown, electrostatically charged powder,
which facilities formation of the
large but very thin, fibrous looking clouds and eases targeting.
When
ejected from the jet’s spraying system, chemtrail is recognizable by the
dust clusters, which are equally spaced in the direction of the flight and
which fall faster through the air than
dust spread between them. When the
proper speed is reached, they break up and spread horizontally creating
characteristic narrow, thin, long, straight clouds of the light brown color
and clearly filament-like structure. On the side of the wind the chemtrail
border is thick and falls faster than that down the wind which is spread
horizontally by it. Falling, chemtrails spread and merge and, when layered in
the calm and dry weather from 2.500 - 3.500 m a.s.l., remain in the air not
more than 12 hours.
As
by the rule, the most massive sprayings were conducted during holidays and, in
dry calm weather, chemtrail dust was falling on the ground in the afternoon or
evening, when the majority of population is in the open. As was ascertained
that sprayings were always interrupted when airplanes were exiting populated
areas, and that, when after consistent ground level dust spread-over was
achieved, spraying was discontinued for many days regardless of the Sun
radiation situation, there is no doubt that there is another part of this
operation, that which does not deal only with old-fashioned, familiar-to-all
cloud generation, but with population spraying.
