Later on the trucks were discovered parked along Route 125 along the banks of the Androscoggin River, in the small town of Lisbon Falls, near a small hydroelectric dam and a large turn-of-the-century knitting mill. 

The mill building, with a WORUMBO sign at the top, appeared to be undergoing some kind of renovation. Further research by the CERC has revealed that the building was owned by the Framingham Industries, 3701 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia that appeared to share office space with a well known government agency, the "Special Projects Office" of the "Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency" (DARPA).

So, one day of this February I had to go to see if there really is a WORUMBO building and what it really looks like.

Respecting its reputation, that CERC has cast , I have arrived near it on my own foot. 

Today it's front looks like it is shown on adjacent image. It is in good state, but all doors and windows seem to be closed, and there are not any  vehicles visible.
