CARNIVORE AND GREENBAUM SPEECH

Reading Mr. Cringely's conclusion about the purpose of Carnivore, posted on Radar Reality Check at http://members.xoom.com/_XMCM/listening2/Default.htm I thought that it could be interesting to come forward with a speculation that goes for a somewhat murky side. 

It could be significant that the sudden announcement of imminent world-wide apparition of higher being was  made by Mr. Wayne Peterson on the Coast to Coast AM show on 06-24-2000 (CLICK HERE).

The way in which the communication on the Day of Declaration was described to happen, which includes the use of world-vide television network, brings in mind the lecture delivered at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, Thursday June 25, 1992, at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Mark Center, Alexandria, Virginia, by D.C.Hammond, at the time President of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, known as the Greenbaum Speech. Here are some excerpts from it:

.... Finally, I hope to ..... spend on hour or so talking specifically about ritual abuse and about mind-control programming and brainwashing -- how it's done, how to get on the inside with that -- which is a topic that in the past I haven't been willing to speak about publicly ..... but recently decided that it was high time that somebody started doing it .....
..... When you start to find the same highly esoteric information in different states and different countries, from Florida to California, you start to get an idea that there's something going on that is very large, very well coordinated, with a great deal of communication and systematicness to what's happening .....
..... I would guess maybe two-thirds of your ritual-abuse patients may have this .....
..... Here's where it appears to have come from. At the end of World War II, before it even ended, Allen Dulles and people from our Intelligence Community ..... not only get out rocket scientists, but they also get out some Nazi doctors who have been doing mind-control research in the camps .....
..... They started doing mind-control research for Military Intelligence .....
..... They'll be strapped down ..... They will see a pulsing light ..... and they will hear weird, disorienting sounds in that ear while they see photic stimulation to drive the brain into a brainwave pattern with a pulsing light at a certain frequency not unlike the goggles that are now available through Sharper Image and some of those kinds of stores. Then, after a suitable period when they're in a certain brainwave state, they will begin programming, programming .....
..... Alphas appear to represent general programming, the first kind of things put in. Betas appear to be sexual programs. ..... Gamma appears to be system-protection and deception programming ......
..... Deltas are killers trained in how to kill in ceremonies. .....
..... Thetas are called psychic killers. .....
..... Omega has to do with self-destruct programming. .....
..... I have a feeling that when you make inquiries you're going to find that probably greater than fifty percent of these patients, if they're bloodline, meaning mother or dad or both involved, will be monitored on some ongoing basis. .....

If this speech describes a part of reality hidden from our society in general, then the following statements and questions gain legitimacy:
1.    ELF, radio and television transmissions, phones, even computers linked to the Internet can be the used as a triggering or programming mediums.
2.    Initiations offered by metaphysical teachers and seminar leaders seem very dangerous.
3.    Are those programmed in the Greenbaum and similar projects intended to go off, all at once?
4.    Is it possible that some of them malfunction and go off early, committing atrocities as those that are every day more frequent?
5.    Large-scale programming could be used to produce erratic behavior, for the purpose of spooking the population so that they will welcome, and even demand, a totalitarian global government.
6.    Are the current religions, which had/ have important part in making western and other current civilizations, programs that need to be changed in order to provide control for the next time period?


Mr. Cringely, in his article states:

... But I have my own theory about Carnivore.
From a network architecture standpoint, the best location for Carnivore is right after the ISP's router. This puts Carnivore in the path of every packet entering or leaving the ISP. 
It's also a major reason why ISP's might not want to install Carnivore boxes -- it's the network's point of greatest vulnerability. 
In this position, Carnivore can act as a listening and recording device, OR IT CAN ACT AS A SWITCH.
If we ever hear a proposal from the FBI in which it plans to install Carnivores at all 6000 ISP's in the U.S., we'll be giving the government the power to do something it can't do right now. .....

What if Carnivore box, when placed by the accepted authority as FBI is, can extract adders data from the traffic and afterwards, route back a control program to a large number of computers when they are connected to the net. 
What if all this control programs are started simultaneously, or at the first computer start-up in the same, brief time period. 
In this way yet another segment of population could be reached if Declaration Day event occurs.
