First homo sapiens was crash-bioengineered from a Martian originals as a crippled 3D vehicle (soul container) in China, before some 310.000-350.000 years, in the last of long-lasting efforts to create a surface environment on Earth for the controlling entities from 4D in the future.

This effort has suffered regular drawbacks every 13.000-26.000 years because, in that period, black hole in our galaxy center, as is the case with any other galaxy, explodes. 

For this reason life is best developed in underground.

All this time humanity was lead to play Krishna-Aryuna games (go fight for your Gods and don't worry), serving in a food chain, in all meanings of the word.

Up to date, humanity, having artificially limited perception, was and is operationally managed from the ground by the secret society members, and from the underground by their top managing structure of which the membership does not know anything.

Controllers, a real link to the 4D, until recently slept under Martian surface, probably in southern hemisphere, where a new set of lesser gods are stored.

It is possible that 2000 years ago a 7D structure finally withdraw the concession for the experiment and entered the field to shut it down. At that time Jesus was 5-6 years old when he become Christ. The problem which makes the perception of Him somewhat difficult for too many is that it is indicated that, at that time, He was in Egypt with his parents escaping from Herod.

Every 310.000-350.000 yeras a Cosmos repair and upgrade system completes it's cycle. 

This can be perceived as a ray (Wave) constantly sweeping radar screen, refreshing it, going through every dimension.

4D beings calculate that if held here during the expected Earth upgrade to 4D, humans could be held under their control afterwards also.

Again, the problem is that the 3D and 4D will be disconnected by the 7D from the Source and therefore denied further repair cycles or worse.

Because of the uncertainty regarding the exactness of the calendar it is deemed that the Wave comes in 2 to 12 years.

Choice must be a conscious decision of a individual soul using it's free will.

To maintain the control over the humanity at this time, crush-introduction of global NWO is an imperative.

Installation of the NWO over a part of humanity leads to it's global destruction (SSSR-USA).

NWO can be installed in humanity as a whole introducing global Communism meaning immediate even distribution of the wealth. This path is improbable because today arms and wealth are in the same hands (USA-EUROPE vs. EVERYBODYELSE).

And there are to many mouths to feed.

NWO can be installed in a downsized humanity as a whole introducing global high-standard, high-tech Communism (almost USA today, but AUSTRALIA-CHINA tomorrow).

Using new genetic upgrade (military abductions) segment of humanity can be made resistant to the particular agent forever, or maybe DNA of segment of population was done with this in mind few hundred thousand years ago in the first place and now undergoes regular maintenance procedure (blue bloodlines).

Population at large can be gradually downsized controlling it's fertility using new techniques such as

viral-vectored immunocontraception

But best agent must be difficult to de-screen, long-lasting, omnipresent, incorruptible in all environments and simple to spread.

Those who know of this will not tell others because they are carefully chosen and controlled and cannot withdraw their oaths because their controllers are formidable.

It is best if general population is all terminally infected before this fact becomes too obvious to it. It could become uncontrollable and vicious.

When massive dying becomes too obvious weapons must be on the right side, sides declared and controls and barriers in place.

Meanwhile, occasional disaster shall help if needed.
