On the another hand, given the present global saturation of Earth’s atmosphere with barium compounds, it is not far-fetched to perceive that airborne and already ingested and inhaled metal compounds, such as barium titanate, could be solicited by low-frequency modulated emissions coming from HAARP and other, more local sources like Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) in the U.S., to induce a desired mind state in the large or targeted segments of population. As we all take that what we think to see or otherwise perceive is that what our sensors, such as eye or nose, really perceive, simple change in the program which is transducing the inputs of the sensor on the way to our brain can make us instantly believe in everything. 

It is known for millennia that the reality perception can be altered with meditation, which is basically shutting down of all outside interferences by the use of very low and monotone frequencies, in the range of those generated by our brain itself, which lay between 0-26 Hz. 

The brain gives off measurable electrical energy that corresponds to certain states of consciousness. The four kinds of brainwave patterns are really descriptive tags for different wave speeds which are measured in cycles per second or Hz. 

Delta is the slowest of the brainwaves (0-4 Hz), usually prominent during deepest stages of sleep without dreams. 

Theta, (4-8 Hz) is related to creativity and dream activity. 

Alpha, (8-13 Hz) is characterized by a relaxed but alert state. 

Beta, (14-26 Hz) is the brainwave state of a normal wake consciousness.

Science has no idea as to how these states affect the world outside, but it does know how they affects the world inside. Artists, musicians, and athletes are all prolific producers of alpha-theta brainwave patterns. Creativity and alpha-theta activity appear to be linked. Zen monks, yogis and other experienced meditators, have learned to alter their mind state through training and discipline.

So, if the brain is stimulated from the outside by matching it's electrical frequencies in the theta range (4-8 Hz) the result is an altered mind state. It is believed by psychologists and neurologists that the brain uses the theta state for psychological and physiological programming. This principle is in the substance of any prayer procedure of any religion.

Because of this a finding made by the ELFRAD GROUP must be labeled as troubling. Starting with 1998 they have been detecting and recording an unknown signal which has a center frequency close to 0,93735 Hz. For a period of time consisting of several weeks in January, this signal was transmitted daily except Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 hrs UT plus or minus a few minutes. This signal was part of the 3,39 MHz signal last February also (link in the image of the signal above).

From the regular operation time and the absence of signal during Saturdays and Sundays, as well as from it's global presence and published HAARP system technical characteristics, it must be concluded that this signal originates from HAARP. It's frequency indicates that it could influence the theta wave related mind state. Because of it's extremely low frequency it naturally propagates over the Earth's surface. It's effects shall be greatly enhanced by the low ionized barium cloud cover. 

It is global mind programming preparation.

US military have recently announced the introduction of first weapons built around similar concepts, although there are strong indications that they are already in use for decades.

But modulated low frequency range transmissions still hide some other possibilities. 

A device first created and tested in the 1930's by Dr. Royal Rife, used a variable frequency, pulsed radio transmitter to produce mechanical resonance within the targeted cells of the physical body. If amplitude was big enough, the cell, tissue, or molecule was shattered in a manner similar to the way the wave from device made by James E. Bare, D.C today affects the Paramecium organism, seen on this image while exposed to 1150 Hz undergoes evisceration, electroporation and disintegration (his site is linked to the image). 

In his time Dr. Rife discovered the resonant frequencies or Mortal Oscillation Rates (MOR) as he called them, of over 50 infectious micro organisms. Needless to say, because of the nature of his work he was severely persecuted. Today exist many lists of Rife Harmonic Frequencies, which are considered anecdotal or experimental. According to majority of them natural frequencies of bacteria and viruses lay between 20 and 2000 Hz.

There are opinions that if microbes and viruses can be inactivated in this way, it should be possible to activate them also.

In the single year long period in Croatia, the degree of saturation of the air with chemtrail particles has reached a similar level which was documented recently in the US using the 1.000.000 candles power or stronger Q-light at night.

As this global operation was monitored in Croatia from it’s outset, a single day after Croatia signed Partnership for Peace with NATO, words which would be good enough to describe the magnitude of achieved change in atmosphere are difficult to find. The following image shall best show why.

Below is the composite image of Kvarner bay, left side showing the view from my window on 06-20-2000 when the local spraying operation was only 30 days old and right side the view on the anniversary, 05-30-2001. Both images were taken in the morning of the sunny, clear-skies day at around 09:00 CET. To better understand it’s significance it is important to know that, because of the demise and disintegration of the last Yugoslavia that followed in 1992, during next ten years this area has undergone a significant de-industrialization, which has brought a real misery to the large segment of local population but which has also allowed a significant time to the nature to cleanse itself of consequences of previously accumulated industrial pollution. So, local residents suddenly become poor and found themselves living in an environment, which was becoming healthier every day. Almost as if the down of New Age has arrived.

That is, until a year ago.

It is known for some time that airborne aluminum, barium and other sprayed compounds and fibers can also serve as a matrix for fungal growth that may be activated rather than attenuated by increased UV levels at spray altitude. Given the present saturation of the air we all breathe, if we do not use air filters 24 hours a day, every day of every month of every year, and given the fact that majority of sprayed particulate matter has a size below 10 microns, we could say that we already have enough reason for concern.

A study published in the December of 1993 in the NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL OF MEDICINE, of six U.S. cities, including several that are not heavily polluted, such as Portage, Wisconsin and Topeka, Kansas, showed that the increase of each 100 micrograms per cubic meter of total suspended particles (of which those below 10 micrometers represent about half) is always accompanied by an 8% to 17% increase in the death rate. Increase was most notable among people older than 65 and in people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or cardiovascular diseases. This is explained with the fact that such small particles can enter so deep in the lungs to obstruct oxygen/ carbon dioxide exchange. Against them existing body protections do not work well. Especially if the lungs get filled up with the spores of fungus or biological agents carrying fiber fragments. .
