The second project is the US NAVY Radio Frequency Mission Planner military program (RFMP), of which one of the best known supporting subprograms is called the Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation program (VTRPE). RFMP system presents the battlefield with all of its components on a computer driven screen, in 2 and 3 dimensions, in a real-time and in the interactive way. 

Such program needs extensive inputs from the ground, air and space. To enhance the communications, communications surveillance and radar data gathering with the use of VTRPE program linked advanced radar systems and similar, it is necessary to make an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosols sprayed from the aircrafts. This ducts (marked D on the drawing below), which are essentially long linear chemtrails or strata of the atmosphere saturated with chemtrail powder, can conduct a RF signal over the sea, land and even behind the horizon with minimal looses, because it bounces inside their boundary layers, which is similar to the behavior of the light inside optical cable.

Atmosphere saturated with easily ionized compounds also enhances the use of some other radar and telecommunication systems (R), which, as well as HAARP (H) scalar interferometer technology (I) or similar stabile or mobile (E) systems, can form localized mirrors (M) or lens to dissipate, deflect or steer radar and other energy emissions, such as UV rays (U) which have passed through the ozone holes (O) and space born radar systems and direct energy emissions (S). Absorption of solar wind and gamma radiation can be enhanced or disrupted by ionosphere manipulation (W) which also enables communications and tracking in the range of extremely low frequencies (E). Of course, there is still much more, like ballistic missile busting (B) but about that later on.. 

The USS Enterprise and her battle group, off the coast of North Carolina, on March 20, 2001 were testing and applying the RFMP/VTRPE ship and satellite imaging using barium salts aerosols. Adjacent image shows this ship and it's old version UAV during this maneuvers. New UAV is wingless and probably has antigravity drive, as can be seen on this page of Croatian Diary. The third project includes USAF weather control which, with the application of sprayed barium salts, mainly BaO, attains high local moisture concentrations resulting in long-lasting cloud formations, which float over the warm air trapped bellow them, or artificial precipitation of storm fronts. Using other compound types clouds can be prevented from forming or can be simply dispersed (carbon, heating), which enhances land surface heating by the Sun thus creating vertical air currents and, in combination with former cloud control, makes local weather managing possible. 

On the larger scale, the irradiation of the real ionosphere or ionized barium compounds sprayed on the corresponding altitude (findings published in the article ATMOSPHERIC MAGNESIUM DISCLOSED on Carnicom’s site on 07-10-2001 show high content of fine magnesium particles in the air which means that, owing to it’s high ionization capability, its compounds are also used for this task), can influence the propagation of the Jet Stream . 

On the right it is a NOAA 11-12-2000 infra red image showing moisture bonding and precipitation going on the grand scale over Sicily. On it tip of Italy's boot to  the right and northern Sicily at the bottom are visible through the airborne moisture curtain. Left part of this image is full of straight interlaced chemically generated clouds. Small wonder that the Crete was, in that period, for many months without drop of the rain. 

The purpose of this sector of operations was to maintain clear skies above the Middle East by precipitating airborne moisture before so the military satellites could operate properly.

Similar events, which are linked to this NOAA image, were registered during the visit of USS SAIPAN battle group to Rijeka, Croatia (Europe) and for months later when USS NASSAU came to the same port. It's departure on 04-26-2001 was particularly remarkable because of the spectacular local weather manipulation by which the battle group was secured from satellite monitoring.

As our findings were noticed by the Bremerton SUN which has referenced this author in the 03-30-2001 article about widespread failure of keyless remote entries on vehicles around Bremerton (major US Navy nuclear submarine port), and as our continuous CARNIVORE-related troubles have started in April, we have every reason to believe that we, at least partially, were the reason why the visit of last battle group consisting of USS KEARSARGE, Emory S. Land, Carter Hall, Ponce and Mc Faul, went without any VTRPE drill.

That this was the last battle group visiting Rijeka was announced on 08-18-2001 by Croatian major daily VECERNJI LIST (Evening Leaf). Further on such operations, whose main part is assembling of the new helicopters for US forces operating in nearby Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, shall be carried out from Slovenian port Koper some 100 km further north.

Nobody officially knows why US Navy has, without giving any prior sign, decided in this way. Their official statement was that this kind of transfer is a meter of their routine. 

It is my firm believe that the current global drought is caused by the global aerial sprayings of BaO which, in the same conditions of air temperature, relative humidity and pressure, keeps afloat above chosen areas much more airborne moisture than it is normal for such air conditions (UV, gamma, satellite shield, weather and water distribution control), and which, when used to precipitate the moisture over oceans and seas in the process of weather management, does not allow the water to reach the land. This makes it a straight water deprivation operation for targeted areas whose devastating effects on the water resources, flora and fauna and human society are jet to be observed. 

Sea fish do not need the fresh water, but their river cousins do. As humans, land animals, birds, trees and crops also.

The fourth project in the atmosphere is the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s biological detection and decontamination programs. These programs also utilize the mixture of barium salts as the base vehicle in aerosol along with special polymer fibers in the atmosphere. Today it can be easily documented that various germs and viruses were released into the atmosphere in trials, testing the detection systems as well as oily - water liquid aerosol decontaminants testing the decontamination procedure. 

Locally, in Rijeka, in the first half of September, 2000, there was a period, lasting few days, during which strange sensation of moisture leaden and oily, skin-piercing atmosphere was present.

March 13, 2000 brought the announcement that NOVAVAX has been granted U.S. Patent 6,034,073 for Solvent Detergent Emulsions Having Antiviral Activity, against agents such as Herpes simplex and Vaccinia, using an oil-in-water emulsion. In addition, a second U.S. Patent 6,015,832 has also been issued entitled Methods of Inactivating Bacteria including Bacterial Spores, such as anthrax, using oil-in-water emulsions. This purpose behind the global chemtrail sprayings operation was recently addressed by Dr. Tom Bearden, the physicist professing the most advanced concept of our reality. In his letter to a friend on 16 July, 2001 he states that, in his opinion, aerial sprayings include the practice for supposed control of global warming methodology and the practice for large-scale aerial dispensation of chemical agents that are for counter-biological warfare. In it he points out that he has made his opinion after a two-hour face-to-face conversation he had with an engineer in the project building the anti-anthrax agent for aerial spraying, which is harsh, but the only way of defending large populated areas against such attacks. This spray will kill the anthrax spores, including those in your lungs if you breathe it. But it will also kill many people who have respiratory problems, are feeble and old, are little children, etc.

Globally occurring and recorded flu-like illness, frequent and immediate consequence of chemtrail sprayings, with it’s universally 3 day long high temperature and never-again-as-before residual feeling, is a straight and simple proof which shows that the sprayings include real, active biological agents also. Are they good (reaction to the inoculation of few), or are they bad (reaction to the contamination of few), chemtrail sprayings operation’s existence being unrecognized officially, only the time shall show.

Some indications in this sense could be deduced from the monitoring of the flu illness epidemic status in the U.S., which is done by the Center For Disease Control And Prevention in Atlanta (CDC site is linked to the adjacent logo). New in the flu season 2000-2001 is that, despite to the increased radiation of the Sun, which is supposed cause of mutations in the flu virus strains, expected epidemic is missing. This could indicate or that presently high Sun's UV and gamma radiation levels trigger, for them, fatal mutations, or that the chemtrail sprayings germ warfare countermeasures program is in operation.

On the other hand, polymer fibers, of which some are detectable only under strong UV light, and whose declared purpose is biological agents detection, could in reality serve as micro dispensers designed to shield and carry biological agents over the long distances through the atmosphere, aided and shielded with the moisture-attracting barium clouds. They have all necessary characteristics (UV shield, invisibility in the visible light, light weight, almost air-buoyant, they are porous, adhesive and chemically resistant).

For the agent such as mycoplasma is, a good atmospheric vehicle could be a red blood cell also. That one extracted from the cow blood which is available in large quantities when they are slaughtered. This cells are interesting because they have very similar dimensions to those of human origin, have skeleton preserving their form even when they dry up, which greatly facilitates manipulation and storage, mycoplasma looking for nutrients enters them by itself and cow blood study as a base for the human blood substitute has very long and successful history.

Currently it is believed that barium and aluminum compounds, oily aerosols, polymer fibers, biological agents, and other chemicals in the atmosphere are the physical irritants that are either directly or indirectly responsible for the epidemic increase in cases of nose bleed, asthma, allergies, pneumonia, upper respiratory symptoms, and a noticeable increase in arthritis symptoms, recently reported nationwide and worldwide.

Soluble salts of barium are toxic in mammalian systems. They are absorbed rapidly from the gastrointestinal tract and are deposited in the muscles, lungs, bone and brain. It is my believe that the brain and other water-rich parts of human body swell because of the large input of BaOH, which has extremely high hygroscopic capability and which makes the organism to register a deficiency of water when that is not the case.

It could be indicative that no case data is available from the medical community on the long-term effects of barium in the human body.
