It is to be expected that increased solar activity shall be first felt in agriculture because of the increasing intensity of Sun’s radiation, especially that in the UV range, which shall first kill less resistant pollination insects such as bees and then sensible plant reproductive apparatus. As this can happen in a very short time and without any apparent notice, in this respect availability of water is not the main factor, although, as it is shown later on on NOAA 11-12-2000 image, some parties are working hard so that the water shortage also emerges. 

Result will be society shuttering civil unrests, first occurring in a poor and food importing nations which are short on water supplies, whose citizens shall have to look for other solutions. As some of such nations have oil rich neighbors it is clear that this energy source could be the first to become unavailable, which makes countries, especially those with big cities, which are dependent on intensive transportation, very vulnerable.

Perceiving this as a near-future certainty, for the world control structure it is a necessity to find the ways of large-scale population control.

Patricia Doyle, PhD site THE EMERGING DISEASES DISCUSSION BOARD (linked to the logo on the right) contains articles from which could be concluded that the recent Foot-and-Mouth disease (FMD) outbreak in England, whose propagation is favored by the cloud cover and airborne moisture, could be viewed as in-field exercise of food source control, which, with the genetically manipulated one-year-only plant seeds proposal, makes a great, real-time population control device. So the guns, bombs, chemicals, biological weapons and other uncultured stuff has not to be used in the initial stage.

On the other hand, it is more cost-effective also if the superior control principle, which says that those made terminally ill, while suffering more, last shorter if their money is taken from them, is enabled again.

That of cellular phones is one of the fastest growing industries in modern history. 

The cell phone transmits a microwave signal in bursts from it's antenna to a relay station, often kilometers away. The farther from the tower, or if the phone is inside a building or a car, the more power this phone is told by the tower to send out to make or keep the connection. Depending on how close the cell phone antenna is, as much as 60 percent of the microwave radiation penetrates the head and, actually, is  absorbed by it's tissues.

When in operation, cellular phone signal level, which emits it in bursts, causes visible disturbance to the computer monitor picture and fixed phone reception if the distance between them is inferior to 1 m. 

Cellular phone technology could hardly be conceived in any better way than that it is right now if someone wanted to covertly induce incurable diseases with, presumably, genetic or unknown origin, which shall be detectable only after a considerable time span, such as cancer, infertility or some of that related to the immunity disorders are, in most active population segment. As the relation between short, strong energy bursts and DNA damage is known for the long time, let aside the quiet correlation between omnipresent discrete electromagnetic fields and cancer, it is not incredible that the population on which current social structure relays upon and, what is more important, that one on which it will have to depend in the nearest future, is made to use the cellular phones to be recognized as socially valuable.

On 09-05-2001 The Independent has announced that the study by Lennart Hardell, a cancer specialist at Orebro University in Sweden, due to be published later this year, shows that those who had used mobile phones for more than five years were 26 per cent more likely, and those who used them for more than a decade were 77 per cent more likely, to develop a brain tumor than those who did not. The tumors were 2.5 times more likely to be on the same side of the head as the phone was usually held.

So, in the future years many brains will not be worth more than 2 German marks, as one unusual but still active Croatian politician used to say in totally different context.

After many months long research, a group of competent professionals with backgrounds in various scientific fields and carriers, has identified four active projects ongoing in the atmosphere across America and the significant part of the rest of the world. For somewhat different purposes of our story, main part of their important findings, which are originally published on the Wisequakker's site in the form of very detailed article CHEMTRAILS OVER AMERICA (available by clicking on the Wisequakker's logo), shall be expanded further by the inclusion of some of less common views as follows.

First project is designed to block and reduce the radiation from the Sun on to the Earth with an aerosol emitted from high flying aircraft at roughly 30.000 feet (they are those that we do not see when the sky is clear, blue-white and visibly saturated with chemtrail dust, which is mainly aluminum and magnesium oxide), compensating for the irrecoverable and irreversible ozone layer loose and global heating in process, whose causes were, so far, not properly addressed. 

My opinion is that the influence of the regular airborne waste products of our civilization, which are pointed at as a main cause of ozone depletion and global warming, such as carbon dioxide, methane or freons, have a minor role in this process, which is primarily connected to the in Solar activity owing to the current solar maximum, of which some was and is fostered artificially. 

From space, ozone depletion could be enhanced by the ionosphere manipulation efforts which have started in mid '50 with nuclear tests in stratosphere generating electromagnetic pulses, radiation and ionized fusion products and more recent start of HAARP system or similar operations, such as that on 02-17-2001 when HAARP vent in three and half day long operation in full strength emitting at 3,39 MHz in attempt to compensate for disruption of defense communications due to the impact of solar wind with deployment of ionized anti-missile layers in atmosphere.

When, by them, ionosphere is damaged, ionized particles, which are part of solar and cosmic radiation, enter in the atmosphere bringing in additional energy and cause damaging chemical reactions to ozone layer, which permits more radiation to reach still further in the atmosphere.

From the surface of the planet ozone is further damaged by the rocket exhausts components. Only during the 1980's there has been launched about 500 to 600 rockets a year, peaking at 1.500 in 1989, and there were still more during the Gulf War. Today each shuttle flight injects about 187 tons of chlorine into the stratosphere always leaving a gaping hole in ozone layer. To this, present sprayings of barium compounds (it's purpose is explained later on) helps a lot because upward streams now can carry it's hydroxyls in stratosphere so they could react with ozone directly. Apart HAARP operations, this is why there is increased presence of clouds in stratosphere over the Pole.

The aerosol used to reflect incoming radiation is probably aluminum oxide (for whose spraying Hughes Aircraft Company owes a patent or judging from the US Navy's 1974 patent for a contrail generation apparatus for producing a powder contrail having maximum radiation scattering ability for a given weight material - titanium dioxide also) or a compounds (such as those of barium) that would be able to absorb the UV and gamma radiation, which is severely damaging to human DNA, and increase the reflectivity of Earth’s atmosphere.

As in the early stages of this whole project, in mid '50, was conceived the use of copper particles and fusion explosion generated electromagnetic pulse for local ionosphere layer generation, it is obvious that the spraying of much cheaper aluminum has a similar purposes too. It's presence, as well as that of easily ionized barium and magnesium compounds could be used by HAARP and other similar stationary or mobile units (nukes aren't so popular these days) for the creation of artificial ionosphere shields with high enough plasma density to deflect, disperse or absorb incoming radiation and charged particles. Of course, this can be used for over the horizon communications (radio), tracking (radar), energy transfer (weather manipulation and weapons) and control (of humans) also.

For public consumption, which includes major part of the political and scientific establishment also, Stanford University’s Hoover Digest 1998 No1, has reprinted the article from Wall Street Journal, October 17, 1997 in which Dr. Edward Teller, current Los Alamos Laboratory head, writes about his intervention on Twenty-second International Seminar on Planetary Emergencies which was held in Italy during the August 1997. His final statement was: Injecting sunlight-scattering particles into the stratosphere appears to be a promising approach. Why not do that? 

It could be that, because of this reason, his native country, Hungary, has this year awarded him for his life-long achievements, which, unfortunately, include Hiroshima and Nagasaki fission bombs also.

Partially, the real nature behind this manipulation is indicated in the August 16, 2001 post on the Carnicom's Discussion Board, in the thread titled Who is Supplying Chemtrail Ingredients? in which it was reported that, in 1998, Aluminum Corporation of America (ALCOA) CEO Paul O'Neill addressed the Aluminum Association and warned of the serious threat posed by global warming, comparing it to the Holocaust. Today the world's largest manufacturer of aluminum products, which during the WWII had a deal with IG FARBEN to supply Germany's war machine with aluminum, in 1999 had a huge increase in profits which have surpassed the $1 billion mark. 

On January 20, 2001.Paul H. O'Neill was sworn in as the 72nd Secretary of the Treasury. O'Neill was chairman and CEO of ALCOA from 1987 to 1999.

One of the ALCOA sister companies bears a Keiser's name in it's title. Keiser's name was Wilhelm.

First results of such radiation control efforts are already visible.

In, at least, one case in Espanola (Ontario) it was found that aluminum concentration in rainfall was at seven-times government safe levels. High enough to kill fish. It is known from medical symptomology that aluminum toxicity can lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, headaches, forgetfulness, speech disturbances, memory loss, weak and aching muscles. By preventing nerve impulses from being correctly carried to and from the brain, this potent neurotoxin also causes dizziness, impaired coordination and a loss of balance and energy.

It seems that alumina, which is a compound formed from aluminum and fluoride, is found in 100% of Alzheimer's patients.

Furthermore, on August 09, 2001 SIGHTINGS show hosted by Jeff Rense (link in the logo), starting with position 01:17:00, Dr. Len Horowitz, presenting his new book "Death From The Air", stated that marine biologist Bill Winklers, who studies east Atlantic coast in Delaware, has reported that he has documents that proof aluminum in east Atlantic waters has risen for 2000%. Among other consequences this causes jellyfish to blow up because of osmotic pressure.

In August mainstream media reported that the sharks have arrived near the coast of Florida in droves and that those of them, which were always considered harmless, have started to attack local surfers. 

Experts predict that an estimated 10 % reduction in the ozone layer will result in a 25 % increase in non-melanoma skin cancer rates for temperate latitudes by the year 2050. UV rays can cause sunburn, cataracts and suppress human immune system, elevating the risk from herpes viruses, the human immunodeficiency virus HIV- 1, a variety of papilloma viruses, leishmaniasis, malaria, forms of tuberculosis, leprosy, lupus erthematodes, dermatitis, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus. Since UV rays readily damage DNA in all cells, it is not unrealistic to hypothesize that this will play an additional role in the mutation of existing disease bacteria and viruses and may produce totally new strains of pathogens. Physicians are finding that infection and disease is a greater global challenge than cancer, as people of all skin pigmentation are at equal risk from the effects of immune-suppression. Geographic areas of poor public health are at even greater risk.

Plants, animal and every other life is directly endangered in the similar way.

On the right is the NOAA UV INDEX map for USA on 08-24-2001. UV index (numbers on the map) is described by exposure category which sate allowed daily exposure time and suggest what protections are required. UV index 7-9 category is labeled as high. During such days, it is advised to wear a hat, stay in the shade and stay indoors between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Category with UV index 10+ is labeled very high and in addition to the precautions recommended above, it is advised to stay indoors if possible.

In Zagreb, Croatia (Europe), which is located at, roughly 15E00, 45N00, during some of clear days of this summer, UV index of 11 was recorded. 

As U.S. has no intention to participate in global efforts on pollution emissions reduction (Kyoto Protocol), and as NASA has on 08-24-2001announced  that, to save on the operational costs, after the end of September 2001 shall shut down it's Upper Atmosphere Research Satellite which is monitoring the ozone layer over Antarctica, or if it is viewed from another angle, ozone holes, it could be concluded that the ozone layer is beyond any possibility of repair.

It is done for. 

Or it has been done.
