This site is not a news site. It is a small part of much larger work of the highly speculative and far-reaching nature in progress, whose purpose is to integrate and present data from various areas of knowledge in a way in which could be used by the most of us, ordinary people.

This site is best viewed with PC and IE 5 or higher at resolution 800x600 pixels. 

It uses frame pages which can create some problems on other browsers or on other platforms. For this purpose all articles have links on the top of the each page, and at the right side of the first page of the first article of each site section there is switch by which index frame can be switched on/off at will.

Each page can be saved for offline viewing without index frame by clicking the right mouse button on the first page. Further pages will be automatically stored if successively loaded.

To store the whole page in Internet Explorer, open the DS4 home page (click the NEW button in the index on the left), open the Favorites frame of the IE and click its Add button. In this way the whole initial frames page and all subsequently pages opened during online session shall be accessible offline also.
