Valery Mikhailovich Uvarov, Ph. D. is the head of the Department of UFO Research, Palaeosciences and Palaeotechnology of the National Security Academy of Russia in St. Petersburg, and has devoted more than 14 years to ufology as well as to the study of the legacy of ancient civilizations. He is the author of numerous papers on palaeotechnology and palaeosciencce, as well as ufology and esotery published in the Russian and foreign press. He has initiated and participated in a number of expeditions to India and Egypt in search of material evidence of ancient knowledge. He is a regular speaker at international ufological conferences, and gives lectures and seminars in Russia, the UK, USA, Germany and Scandinavia. He was also a speaker at the 2004 NEXUS Conference in Amsterdam and the 2004 NEXUS Conference in Brisbane.

For some time it was reported on the internet that nobody has been able to verify that he is a bona fide scientist working for a major Russian scientific establishment. However, Mr. Duncan M. Roads, Editor of NEXUS Magazine, told me in August 2004. that he had opportunity to personally visit Dr. Uvarov in St. Petersburg office.

In 1995 he was involved in expedition that brought, what seems to be, 100.000 years old nanotechnology like device elements from Eastern Ural, a routine that is being done, since 1991, by expeditions under the auspices of the Russian Federation for Geology and Exploitation of Mineral Resources.

On February 2-8, 2003, at International UFO Congress Convention and Film Festival, in Laughlin, Nevada, USA he gave an interview to the Editor of the UFO Magazine, Graham W. Birdsall, the leading publication in it's branch at that time. Principal parts of this interview that were transcribed make main part of this article. 

In it Dr. Uvarov claims to have visited the Installation located at extremely remote location in Siberia, that shot down the Tunguska meteorite. 

During interview, he has invited Graham W. Birdsall to join him on his next expedition there, later in 2003.

Soon after his death his UFO Magazine was discontinued.

Multi-purpose Amphibious Assault Ship USS SAIPAN (LHA2), together with it's two support vessels, Amphibious Transport Dock USS AUSTIN (LPD 4), Dock Landing Ship USS ASHLAND (LSD 48), two atomic attack submarines, probably USS Albany (SSN 753) and USS Pittsburgh (SSN 720), with some 5.000 marines, sailors and airman aboard, visited Rijeka in November 2000. During their 16 days long visit,  Rijeka region was, first time in the remembered history, constantly cowered with heavy, mostly artificially sustained cloud layer, a cause of frequent downpours and electric storms.

Former Indications that the anomalous local weather patterns were caused by the USS SAIPAN battle group's activities, as well as by some of activities conducted by SIXTH FLEET core in Mediterranean, are now supported with the new report from Serbia describing a strange weather during the NATO's bombardment of SERBIA in 1999 and the encounter of the third kind which has occurred locally.

Now we believe that the U.S. Air Force 2025 Weather as a Force Multiplier in action is prematurely borne.

On July 9, 1990, six U.S. military intelligence analysts form 701st Military Intelligence Brigade at Augsburg, West Germany, at that time the biggest NSA listening post in the world outside the U.S. tuned into Soviet communications, all with Top Secret security clearance, deserted their posts. 

They went AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave).
From there, they made their way to Chattanooga, Tennessee, then drove to the Pensacola suburb, Gulf Breeze, Fla, where they were brutally rounded up by a squad of military hunters that had a license to kill.
When captured, they were kept incommunicado, until their presence was leaked out to the press.

Surprisingly enough, instead of being severely punished or even executed by the military tribunal, they were discharged from U.S. Military with full honors.
A Pentagon spokesman stated that the six were a member of a "group" called "The End of the World," but later retracted the statement, saying that there was no such group as far as they cold tell.
Two years later their case become declassified, but 1.400 out of 1.600 pages of official documents and notes upon group's Ouija board sessions remain inaccessible to the public. 

In this interview Vance Davis, one of Gulf Breeze 6, currently one of the most estimated Remote Viewers, among other things explicitly states who was and is behind the past and current world events, and that the antichrist will appear on scene in 2006. 

Parts of his statements are supported by other sources some of which state that by the Spring 2004, an invasive bio-neurological, electro magnetically induced form of mind control, which will block higher sensory abilities, is to be implemented onto humanity. Holographic Inserts are to be used by 2006.

Boyd E. Graves, J.D., Director-AIDS CONCERNS for the international medical research foundation, Common Cause, headquartered in Ontario, Canada,  in 1999 discovered the Progress Report #8 (1971), containing the Special Virus Cancer Program Flow Chart which, with other documents, demonstrates beyond any doubt that the AIDS is a successful product of the Special Virus program of the United States of America, designed to thin the Black Population. This program enjoyers a vide world participation and consent.

One of the recent results is that on February 11, 2001, AIDS co-discover Dr. Robert C. Gallo, affirmed his participation in the above virus program.

On January 20, 2000 the Sixth Circuit named the office of the President of the United States to answer the petition following the submission of the Special Virus Flow Chart into evidence. On January 12, 2001 the case, Graves vs. The President of the United States, for hearing on the origin of AIDS was dismissed as “frivolous”.

Dr. Graves filed the petition for rehearing En Banc January 22, 2001.

At the very beginning of the chemtrail sprayings over city of Rijeka, and Croatia (Europe), when was established that, beyond any doubt, the NATO was the executive arm of this global phenomenon, this "X marks the spot" chemtrail image was taken. At that time it was noted that it contains an unidentified flying object also, but this fact was not singularly exposed because of the larger context, which was obviously related to the chemtrail sprayings, was not clear jet. 

First indications have emerged when the USS SAIPAN task force arrived in the local port at the beginning of the November 2000, which were confirmed by the recent report about the same strange weather behavior over Serbia during the Kosovo bombing. When in the December 2000 the encounter of the third kind locally occurred, the function of the observed UFO in the USAF 2025 weather control technology suddenly become apparent.

In the July  2000 the existence of new project was disclosed. Starting from the February of the same year, installation of the FBI's Carnivore boxes commenced. Beginning with April 2001, this website and it's owner has become a honorable members of the community supervised by the Carnivore and similar system operators, together with the criminals, state enemies and some of the brave, free-thinking and acting individuals residing all over the world. Anticipating this development, for some time, main site was located elsewhere.

From the first days this, only one year old site, has commented on past, present and probable future developments in a number of highly sophisticated and advanced areas of human knowledge. Owing to the difficult procedures and uncertain results, those most significant ones, which hide their identifications, shall not be mentioned for the time being and insignificant ones will not be mentioned on this what so ever.
