Yes ladies and gentlemen, under my window, apart from the practice run of the most advanced US Navy battle systems such as VTRPE, now and then you can find the yacht that is owned by the Libya's President Mummer el Gadafi (as I write this in June, it is undergoing revision so it could be sold, no, I don't know to whom), and The Sea Cloud.

Here you can see that in its in pitiful state is being towed from the repair ship yard to be turned around and then towed back to the floating dock.
