Early morning on KUKULJANOVO industrial zone plateau on 02-13-2001 at 07:00 CET. 

Two sprayplanes start spraying upwind, in direction of the Sun. Below them already spread Cirrus Aviaticus is visible. 

It is little known, but probably not to much surprising, that Coats are the best armed private citizens in the whole world. It is the heredity of last local war. No one trusts it's neighbor and they all together do not trust their own politicians. At one time government has invited it's citizens to hand over all unlicensed arms. Although many automatic and machine guns, anti-personal mines, anti-tank missiles and even some cannons, complete with live ammunition, were returned, response was rather scarce. 

Let's hope that some local combatant, proud owner of the Stinger missile, suffering from the post traumatic stress syndrome and pissed off by low army pension shall not think off some radical anti chemtrail plane action.

Or let's hope that he shall not be caught after having done it.
