ONLY A PARTIAL CONCLUSION

As, after the impressive proclamation of imminent anthrax contamination of US territory, insufficient anthrax vaccine quality and production capacity problems were publicly declared causing postponement of massive increase in it’s application planed for this year, it must be concluded that this agent could not be used in ongoing massive sprayings.

Absence of the official declaration of the existence and characteristics of herein discussed operation, while simultaneously announcing anthrax contamination danger, could generate sufficient psychological pressure causing withdrawal of further interest in this matter, making its benevolent motives less probable.

If above statements are accurate, they can be used to construct of explanation of speculative nature, which, for now, cannot be documented in usually acceptable way. It could be formulated like this.

For spraying is used fine, light brown, highly adhesive and electro statically charged powder, which possibly includes micro dispensers also, providing the protection of, in them, contained agent from air moisture and UV radiation during it’s transportation through atmosphere to the target. Target is human population to which, by inhaling, ingestion and over the skin the agent is transferred.

Main pathogen could be fungus or mycoplasma, whose toxin is targeted at the weakening of the immune system. For the same purpose toxic jet fuel if used and other chemtrail chemical components, aided with the cell phone digital radio emission bursts can be used.

Contamination intensity can be increased using barium salts or similar substances.

Probable secondary agent is viral vector carrying antigen aimed at the specific and permanent modification of one of human organism systems such as immune, reproductive one or that in charge of cell life length.

Existing impressive development in biotechnology field and particularly that of genetics, makes assumption that previously genetically adjusted or, if viewed from another angle, improved beings shall not be sensitive to such attack legitimate.

That which is actually in charge on various levels of this operation.

DIFFICULT CONCLUSION IN DEVELOPMENT

Final target of this kind of operation can be best described as massive depopulation of western countries and countries under their influence or control for the purpose of maintaining the current reality, which uses terror and idea of limitless resources and limitless market as control factors.

If, to the last list, the following statements are added, problem is placed in somewhat broader context:

1.         Murals, statues and interior solutions, which can be observed at the new Denver Airport (completed in 1995), vividly illustrate the view of the future desired by the high level control structures (click the adjacent icon).

2.        Third part of Fatima message was subject of speculation for over 80 years.

In 1994, members of the Italian National Library in Rome rediscovered a secret Nostradamus manuscript illustrated by prophet himself, whose purpose was to introduce the Popes of his future in to the correct readings of his prophetic quatrains. Findings emerging from this discovery, together with startling explanation of the meaning of the symbols engraved on the Hendaye cross, confirm the believes that the events described in the third part of Fatima message, related to the tribulation of the Holly Father, next and the last Pope, Catholic Church and its followers as well as world as a whole, are still in our future.

3.         Brenda Livingston, in her article posted on 08-01-2000 at http://www.sightings.com/general3/ufochem.htm documents involvement of NLO in chemtrail sprayings.

4.         In July 2000, NASA announces that on Mars there is, of course, lots of water, regardless that everybody knew that for, at least, twenty years.

7.         US Balkan policy, judging from the Madlene Albright’s conference with Montenegro President Djukanovich held on 08-01-2000, seems to be aimed at the separation of Monte Negro from Yugoslavia, which was already achieved with Yugoslav province Kosovo. Russia shall not lake this.

8.         After unsuccessful Camp David summit between the Israel and Palestinian Presidents, it is obvious that something much more fundamental than the simple territory division discord is in the base of the whole problem.

9.         Stealing of the newest US nuclear warhead technology and it’s transfer to China at the end of the eighties, persistent fires around US nuclear technology research, development and storage facilities, sloppy security measures allowing temporal absence of supervision over newest warhead test simulation programs, and clamorous failure of new US anti-ICBM rocket system can hardly be perceived as random and independent events.

10.        In January 2000, Russia has delivered it’s newest, Sovremeny class destroyer, shown on the picture, to the China. In May ship was armed with the Russian Moskit (NATO designation SS-N-22 Sunburn) anti-carrier missiles of the latest generation, bearing a 200 kt nuclear warhead. It is said that US NAVY still have no defense for this particular weapon, which, powered by ramjet engine, skims the sea surface constantly changing direction at Mach 2,5. Second destroyer is due next September.

11.        In the last quarter of year 2000, Israel is expected to delivery US based AVACS radar technology to China. On July 25, 2000 The Washington Times article by Rowan Scarborough states that the Pentagon is excluding the Defense Intelligence Agency from reviewing weapons sales to Israel.

12.        Same journalist states in July 17, 2000 The Washington Times issue that White House has permitted defense and computer companies to hire hundreds of Chinese technicians to work on military-related technologies whose export is tightly controlled.

13.        Every mayor Hi-Tech company already has, or is in process of establishing, its operative presence and production in China. Only few years ago Russia was savagely robbed by the same establishment.

14.       By visiting China and North Korea in July, 2000, Russian President Putin formally announced the existence of Eastern Alliance. Forceful annexation of Taiwan by China should be imminent.

15.        Present President of The Technical Remote Viewing Institute, Mr. Edward Dames (http://www.trvinstitute.com), creator and distinguished teacher of Technical Remote Viewing (TRV) technology, in his Coast to Coast radio show interview with Art Bell in 1997, declared that the next use of nuclear bomb involving human victims shall occur when North Korea attacks South Korea with it during the peace talks.

16.        On August 03, 2000, Little Pebble gave PLAN OF EVENTS FROM THE YEAR 2000 - 2004 in he announces dynamics of the forthcoming events, starting with the very near demise of Pope, possible comet impact et the end of this/ first half of next year, start of the Third World War in which Russia shall play a mayor part and, ultimately, arrival of the Lord Jesus Christ in 2004.

17.       On August 30, 2000, UN Millennium World Peace Summit aimed at attaining a religious unity was held in the New York. Event was financed by the CNN owner, Ted Turner, who, during his brief speech, told a following story about growing up in a Christian church in the South:

"The thing that disturbed me was that [church members] thought that nobody was going to heaven except them. That meant that maybe only 1 percent of people were going to heaven and the rest were going to hell. I was pretty confused, and I said, this can't be right."

Dalai Lama and Holly Pope John Paul II were not there.

As immediate response to this and steadily mounting pressures on the Church of other kinds, on September 5, 2000, Vatican’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith held a press conference during which Declaration “Dominus Iesus”, regarding the uniqueness and salvation universality of Jesus Christ and The Catholic Church, was presented.

Because of the greater possibilities for the population control which are caused by its genetic and cultural predisposition, center of the power is rapidly transferred to China. To the country with the greatest number of the pyramids similar, or even greater than those in Egypt or central America, in which the part of this whole story abut humans and their masters started.

Of course, Main Martian pyramids are somewhat greater but that is this same story which, because of it’s sheer complexity, shall be pursued in separated article.
