ANOMALOUS
ACTIVITY
On 5-26-2000, merit of
the new social democratic/ liberal government elected last January, after
ten-year rule
of the Croatian Democratic Union, Croatia finally entered NATO's
program Partnership for Peace. Immediately NEXT day, Saturday morning
5-27-2000, first ever, heavy aerial spraying of Croatian main port town Rijeka
commenced.
From
it's outset, working in spare time, significant quantity of information indicating
gravity of this problem was collected.

FACTS
From
the article and information listed above it is visible that this case is
characterized by the following facts:
1.
During the last eight years, local air traffic was degraded to two
airplane fly-overs monthly, always in the same, high corridors.
2.
From the beginning of the spraying, air temperature on the sprayed
area, during sprayings was never under 18 ºC.
3.
Spraying commenced literally immediately the first day upon the signing
the Partnership for Peace agreement.
4.
Activity start was intensive, many airplanes were contemporarily
deployed.
5.
Judging by the number, size and operative characteristics, airplanes
used were not of Croatian origin.
6.
In the first few days, first day in particular, airplane pilots
disorientation was clearly visible.
7.
Spraying of new, unknown territory was started by two plains, which,
based on the wind direction information, lay X mark which other airplanes than
use as flight path referring point. When the local atmosphere specifics were
properly understood or atmosphere conditions were steady, this mark was not
required.
8.
Powder
is layered in parallel fly-overs of targeted area, using two or more
airplanes, depending upon temporally required spraying intensity.
9.
Direction, height and flight trajectory depend upon wind direction
forecast and relative targeted area position at the moment of the spraying and
are not bonded by any fly-over corridors.
10.
When the wind blows, dust is layered in flights perpendicular to its
direction. This creates long
straight clouds with thick border on the wind
side and thin, spread border on the side turned down the
wind.
11.
Difference between the jet engine exhaust condensate, which disappears
after less than twenty
seconds and whose density is significantly lower and
sprayed powder which falling creates particular dust cloud pattern was clearly
noted.
12.
During spraying airplanes leave only a single trail, regardless of the
number of engines they have.
13.
Judging by the trail which airplanes were leaving when they were not
spraying, it vas noted that only two-engine jets were used.
14.
Comparing with the known height of local mountains, during clear
weather sprayings was done from between 1.700 and 3.500 meters a.s.l., which is significantly lower of the
local, rarely used, North-South over flight corridor.
15.
Sharp border between the usual jet exhaust condensation trail and start
or end of the chemtrail powder spray exists.
16.
When ejected from the airplane, dust falls in clusters, which are
equally spaced in the direction of the flight and which, because of the their
greater concentration have lover frontal aerial resistance and fall faster
than dust spread between them.
17.
Reaching proper speed during the fall, dust clusters break up and
spread horizontally
creating characteristic narrow, thin, long, straight
clouds of the light brown color and filament-like structure.
18.
Over time this long, straight, parallel cloud widen and merge in one
thin cloud which slowly falls through air on targeted area.
19.
Airplanes freely flew over state border dividing Croatia and Slovenia.
20.
During clear weather and only occasional presence of clouds, spraying
is done above them.
21.
In the period between 07-14-2000 and 07-28-2000, over the major part of
Europe wide cyclone was present. Clouds from its southern or southwestern
fringe were, mainly constantly, cowering monitored area. They were thick,
frequently looked as they were bearing rain, but, except in few occasions,
from them never rained. During this period it was two times noted that
sprayings were done some 500 m above local cyclone fringe, whose clouds were
very low, mostly only between 600 and 900 m a.s.l.
Several times, when cyclone cloud layer was broken, it was observed that some 300 m or less above a sparse, thick, regular-looking white clouds, which were between 1.400 and 2.300 m a.s.l., sparse, thin, brown chemtrail clouds were hovering. In this cases airplanes were never observed.
22.
European cyclone lasted unusually long. During that period, locally
familiar wind direction changes and warm southern winds were replaced with
constant wind from western and northwestern quadrants, which caused
temperature drop to the, for the season unusual, 20 ºC, lasting five days
regardless of the concurrent largest Sun eruption this year which occurred
between 07-14-2000 and 07-16-2000.

During the presence of the heavy, cyclone generated clouds it was noted
that when their top was lower than 700 m, dust sprayed above them collected
the moisture generating dark gray, at the bottom almost black, but thin clouds
from which never rained. Registered were only precipitations of sparse dirty
drops containing high amount of the chemtrail powder, making car washing
senseless.
24.
At some days with the warm, dry and sunny weather, intensive
spraying resulted in dust fog spreading from the sea level to the height of
several hundreds meters.
25.
Spraying is targeted on the inhabited areas only. When the airplanes
were passing from town area to that over the sea, ejection of the dust was
always cut-off.
26.
Spraying starts early in the morning and, in the conditions of calm
atmosphere, dust lands on targeted area in the afternoon or in the evening.
27.
In the majority of the cases, spraying was conducted during the
weekends and holidays.
28.
In the absence of the rainfall, on the smooth surfaces (window glasses,
cars) accumulation of fine, light brown dust was registered.
29.
Even the strong and persistent rain shower cannot wash all the dust
from smooth car surfaces.
30.
During clear and windless periods, spraying is done only every other
day.
31.
Spraying is done immediately after the heavy rainfall. Measured from
the moment of the ending of the shower it takes less than 40 minutes to fly
over to commence it.
32.
During periods long a number of days, when significant Sun eruptions
were registered, spraying was not carried out.
33. Sprayings,
with short interruptions, are ongoing for more than four months now.
34.
Majority of the persons to whom the existence of this event was pointed
out, told that they are aware of it, but, confused with its unusual aspects,
did not contact anybody, family members included. Their initial, acute
interest in the meter, in few days disappeared suppressed by the everyday life
dynamics.
35.
When on 07-03-2000, owing the unusually windless and sunny day, the
chemtrial dust fell and visibly covered all town area, spraying was
discontinued for ten days. I even washed my car.
36.
Up to date the permission of the public for this operation was not
requested and official explanation was not given.
37.
Regardless of the direct notice given to them twice in August, advised local media and political parties continue to ignore this event.
38.
Meteorological
and Hydrological Service of Croatia was contacted in September to acquire local rain
pH value data. After replaying to first two introduction E-mails, response to the third,
containing
specific details of local and US sprayings, together with prevalent opinions
related to their nature, which was mailed on 09-27-2000, is still missing.
39.
Starting with the end of August, 2000, there is a flu-like
epidemic in CROATIA and neighboring EUROPEAN countries (ITALY, BOSNIA AND
HERZEGOVINA and SLOVENIA) as well as in US and AUSTRALIA, seemingly strongly chemtrail related. For details click on adjacent image.
