"Sneaky" chems amongst the clouds....bringing "weather" clouds, or changing weather??

This sky is showing the dirty gray/white/combo chems feature that is so prevalent and familiar to us all now...unfortunately!! However, upon magnification, there seems to be an "object" of some kind to the right of the chemplane in the picture??
