This picture shows the "angry" dark "blue-black" clouds that appeared after chems and turned into an ugly, noisy storm

This is the way it goes if volume, which is heavily saturated with chemtrail dust owing to the lack of moisture or tactical necessity, becomes suddenly invaded by colder and moisture rich air. Then everything happens in minutes. Sky like that one on 06-20-2001 suddenly becomes filled with heavy, led colored clouds which, because of the significant water moisture load they carry, hang some 1000-1300 meters above the ground on the pocket of warm air they have isolated below themselves. 

Because of the material that is used for cloud forming and high saturation of air with it, the resistance of the air becomes so low that the electrical current, which is induced by the new radar systems, starts to flow through the clouds themselves. This produces high-pitched, long lasting thunders which do not produce visible lightings because generated voltage is too low. Of course, nothing is perfect and some lightings between clouds and earth surface can be detected here and there.
