INTRODUCTION
On July 9, 1990, six U.S. military intelligence analysts form 701st Military Intelligence Brigade at Augsburg, West Germany, at that time the biggest NSA (National Security Agency) listening post in the world outside the U.S. tuned into Soviet communications, all with Top Secret security clearance, deserted their posts. 

They went AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave).
This was the first, and only such case in the history of the U.S., which has attracted the media worldwide, and started severe U.S. defamation campaign.
They were: Spc. Kenneth Beason, Jefferson City, Tennessee; Spc. Vance Davis, Valley Center, Kansas; Sgt. Annette Eccleston, Hartford, Connecticut; Pfc. Michael Hueckstaedt, Farson, Wyoming, Pfc. Kris Perlock, Osceola, Wisconsin; Pfc. William Setterberg, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Beason 26, and Davis 25, were the oldest members of the group. The others ranged in age from 19 to 22.
On the right is the aerial image of 701st MI Brigade installation at Bad Aibling, some hundred kilometers to the south-east of Augsburg, near Munich in Southern Germany, that is linked to their site. This station was closed in September 2002.

From there, they made their way to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where one of them bought friend's VW  "hippie" wan. 

The group then drove to the Pensacola suburb, Gulf Breeze, Fla, where most of them, at Curtiss Station in nearby NAS Pensacola, had done their basic training, and some of them stayed in the home of a local psychic, Anna Foster. 
Five days after their escape, a broken taillight on the van resulted in a routine traffic stop, and Michael, the driver of the van, was detained by police when a computer check indicated that he was wanted for desertion by military authorities. The remaining five were later, brutally rounded up by a squad of military hunters that had a license to kill.
When captured, they were taken to Fort Benning, Georgia, and kept in solitary confinement, incommunicado, until their presence was leaked out to the press, which has driven Senators Casman and Dole to react. As all attempts on defamation have failed, this has created a mayor embarrassment to the U.S. government, it's president George Bush, and Collin Powell, then Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and future U.S. President.

Surprisingly enough, three weeks after their arrest, instead of being severely punished, even executed, by the military tribunal, they were discharged from Fort Knox, Ky, with full honors. For punishment, following Powell's dissent, they were reduced to the lowest rank and forfeited half a month's pay. 
Military officials refused to discuss the investigation. A Pentagon spokesman stated that the six were a member of a "group" called "The End of the World," but later retracted the statement, saying that there was no such group as far as they cold tell.

Two years later their case become declassified, but 1.400 out of 1.600 pages of official documents and notes upon group's Ouija board sessions remain inaccessible to the public. 
In 1995, Vince Davis (his image on the right is linked to his site), one of the six, published a book around 200 declassified pages titled "Unbroken Promises" in which he explains background and details of this event. In it, Davis, a graduate of Valley Center High School, reveals that he enlisted in the Army shortly after leaving home, and that after training in cryptography, he was requested to join NSA in Fort Meade, Maryland, which was a most uncommon event because the usual path was to first serve abroad for at least 3 years. 
He attributes such a plum assignment to the military's knowledge of his "Silva" background. 

As a teenager he has enrolled himself in Silva Mind Control courses that were held in Alex Merklinger's school in New York, and mastered techniques of self-hypnosis through active imagination with the age of 15. He has said that, during one of his trances, he has met a green-skinned, yellow-clad alien female named Kia, who, over one night, corrected his flat-footedness, a condition which had caused him much frustration and embarrassment during his childhood. 

In NSA, he was first taught History. History with capital "H" because what he was thought was is:

- why history happened
- who history was
- why or when history was

and that the dates in the books are not all that accurate, that those are accepted dates not factual dates. 

During his assignment in Augsburg he, and some of the people with whom he has worked, become aware of the sudden, unexplained changes in procedures they had to relay on in their regular work. This, together with classified information available to them made them search for answers.
One of their, reluctantly, pursued paths was that of Ouija board (image of the Ouija board on the right is linked to the Museum of the Talking Boards site). 
The Spiritualist Theory states that Ouija messages come from forces beyond our control. You contact or "channel" these entities through the board. They are discarnate spirits, ghosts, or other ethereal beings who have a purpose for contacting the living. Many advocates of the Spiritualist Theory think that there is no harm in contacting the other realm because most spirits are basically benign and have important information to share. A few of these same advocates will perform elaborate cleansing rituals before using the board, just in case they run into a stinker. 

Other Spiritualist Theory supporters, often religious fundamentalists, believe that, because of the danger of the possession, no one should ever use the Ouija board. 

Dr. Hans Holzer, renown scientific researcher in paranormal field and publisher of more then 100 books is of the same opinion although he believes that board contacts users with their subconscious. 

The Ouija board put the six soldiers in touch with an entity that named himself Safire, and others, including those presenting themselves as the Old Testament prophet Zechariah, Mark and Timothy of New Testament, and the Blessed Virgin Mary herself. The usual channeling stuff. 

Except.

This time again, the group members, The Gulf Breeze 6, were taught the expanded version of History anew. Between December 1989 and July 1990, the Ouija-summoned spirits gave the group a series of, not prophecies but, predictions of coming world events which, Davis claims, were passed along to military authorities upon their arrest, together with the copious notes that were taken by the group during the 8 sessions they have held.
When some of Safire's prophecies, both minor and significant, started to come true, one stating exact dynamics and the number of casualties of mayor earthquake in Iran (292.236 deaths) convinced the six that they were dealing with genuine trans-human powers, and they simply started to act as instruments of God's will. They threw caution to the wind and accepted their new roles as prophets, asking Safire for instructions as to how to carry out their mission to the world.
At one point they were instructed to flee the U.S. military, regardless of consequences, because they were needed to help lead the world through impending cataclysm. 
And they did it.

In this particular case, previous considerations about Ouija board nature can be supplemented with the possibility that, owing to the environment, the six were the subjects of an advanced military mind control experiment. 

What follows is the transcript of interview with Vance Davis by Alex Merklinger on Mysteries of the Mind 07-18-2003 (Alex Merklinger's site is linked to the Mysteries of the Mind logo). For any purpose it is a verbatim transcript, except that irrelevant parts of conversation, that occur on every live show such as this one, as well as most questions, were deleted, and that few repeated statements were grouped, to enhance the focus of statements that were made. Subtitles were added to simplify referencing. Vance Davis speaks in first person and some of Merklinger's important comments are separately marked.
This interview was conducted in an iterative way, each new passage offering more insight or a different reference frame, so it can be read on many levels, but reading it one must try to bear in mind that History is a master pattern that goes fulfilled regardless of efforts of opposition of any kind, and time that is needed to do it. It's small portions were and will be repeated until the whole History is accomplished. This is why those who deal with history with lowercase "h" insist on their, for others mostly senseless actions and same explanations. They presume familiarity with this principle and personal vicinity to god of some kind.
In this interview, Davis describes in detail how and why all this has occurred, and what is to follow. Among other things he explicitly states why President George W. Bush will die in his office, who was and is behind the past and current world events, and that the antichrist will appear on scene in 2006. 

Davis's statement about this last event might seem exaggerated but, as time goes by, new events and information pile up making it more and more coherent. Here are two examples. 

For some time this site contains an article which speaks about interview Mr. Wayne Peterson, former director of Fulbright Scholarship program, gave on the 06-24-2000 Coast to Coast AM show to Art Bell. During this show, he announced, as imminent, a presentation of a higher being which, for many years now, directly or through his Masters, works closely with the leaders of a number of countries, with those in high positions of power, industry, banking and religion, including those very near to the current Pope and White House. 

According to him Maitreya is said to have announced that he will present himself to the every human being world-wide in the same way on the Day of the Declaration, over international televisions. Then, there will be an introduction, by Maitreya, of a people from a number of other worlds and that this was, in it's totality, a third secret of Fatima. He wants the third secret to be revealed and he will reform the Church.

In recent article titled "GLOBAL MIND CONTROL SLATED FOR HUMANITY BY 2004", Rev. Terry-ana Robinson, MC and partner Rev. Ayeisha (Isha) Doellgast, MC, of the Melchizedek Cloister, founders of ISA (International Sovereignty Alliance) at Kapaa, Hawaii, state that by Spring 2004, an invasive bio-neurological, electro magnetically induced form of mind control, which will block higher sensory abilities, is to be implemented onto humanity. According to them, this will be carried out globally using modulated electromagnetic radiation originating from existing power grids and, to them connected, appliances, radio, TV, phone and cell phone networks, and  emissions of modulated light thru TV sets and computer monitors. This process shall be helped out by repressing the natural immunity of population introducing a certain organic, elemental compound into the world's water supply. Another aspect of this bio-neurological invasion will be the creation and implementation of "Holographic Inserts" by 2006.

Authors estimate that it will take approximately 6 years for this operation to cause a stabile genetic mutation of such magnitude that will allow it to be passed down through pro-creation. 

The scope of this operation is to cut-off Humanity from it's God Source for good.

Perhaps this is why there is epidemic among politicians and artists, such as acting President George W Bush and Elisabeth Taylor, of showing horns (small and pointing finger straight out, other bended) to the press and public at large during their official appearances (click on the Bush's Family Shield to see more).

Anyhow, during the broadcast Alex Merklinger said that Vance Davis will come forward with new information that further describes his worldview during shows that shall follow. A thing to bear in mind.
